I am visiting from out of state with 2 teen girls for their birthday and our first night here a headlight blew... the guys were quick and polite. They even held the door to the building then each if our doors to the car as well. The girls loved it and felt so special! Thank you so much for saving the day yall were the best.

I always get great service at Jiffy Lube. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable place to take their car!

Jiffy Lube at Haywood is a great place, the manager is super nice and the techs are thorough and dont not try to say you need this or that, they seem honest and I will continue to use Jiffy Lube

Seemed like a reputable shop with good techs. Paid about $180 for cabin filter and synthetic oil change and it was done in no time. Techs and manager are good folks.

Stopped in to get my oil changed. They let me know synthetic was in it from the purchase and replaced with synthetic. Advised me to replace my cabin filter ($50) and rear brakes ($300). I haven’t looked at the brakes yet myself, but I did tell them to replace the cabin filter and change the oil and my total was around $180. Seems like a reputable shop.

The staff were extremely attentive and nice. They were very detailed in pointing out any problems from their general inspections and made recommendations from that without being overly pushy and trying to upsell other services. I would highly recommend for an easy and efficient oil change.

I went to the location on Haywood Road and Pelham. It was a great experience and all the gentlemen there were so kind. I was out in less than 15 minutes and I will return!

Great experience except whoever test drove the car must have had THC vape odor on their clothes, as the car had that skunk odor (and both windows down) when returned (and it was cool that morning).

The guys are always so friendly and helpful at this location. Was super impressed to see an older couple come in who didn’t need an oil change yet, instead of trying to sell them on something they didn’t need, they were super sweet and took the time to explain everything to them!

Thanks for fixing my daughter’s front brake issue. She’s so happy now.

The service here is always top tier! Not only do they take excellent care of your vehicle, they also make sure they take care of you. Always looking out for the best deals and making sure you know what’s actually going on with your vehicle. Not to mention that they always open my door for me after the vehicle is serviced! I’ve used this location for 20 years. The guys at this location are great. The Manager has been there a long time, is kind and honest, and knows his stuff. Always efficient.

Shortly after I arrived, Jeisen was telling another customer that she was actually not due for an oil change yet. He explained that she should go by the mileage, not the appearance of the oil. He could have taken her money and she would have been none the wiser. That’s honesty and integrity! I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was friendly. The price was right. I will return,
