I had an *absolutely fantastic* experience during my first oil change at this shop, and let me tell you, it won’t be my last! I had the pleasure of meeting William Dukes—what a gem! We hit it off so well that I’m convinced we’re practically twins separated at birth. His knowledge was impressive, and the other staff members were equally helpful, making the whole process feel like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). I’m already looking forward to my next visit, where I hope to reunite with William and perhaps even discuss the meaning of life over a quart of oil!

Got my oil changed for the first time and right from the start the team was super friendly. When I pulled in, one of the team members shook my hand and greeted me. The wait was super short and the team worked really fast. They were clear in their instructions and friendly and open when discussing possible discounts. I’m more than satisfied with my experience and I’m looking forward to being a routine customer.

The service was excellent, went over a lot of things that the car needed which is a plus. When my wife is satisfied with the work I'm satisfied as well. They all have nice personalities, I'll be back on my next oil change.

The folks at Jiffy Lube are always knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Every time I'm in there, Chastity greets everybody with a warm smile, friendly face, and kind attitude! She's fantastic!

Cars of course aren’t human, but like any relationship, if you neglect important anniversaries (scheduled maintenance like an oil change) for your vehicle…….just like people, if done enough times, don’t expect it to take care of you when you need it. Right? Harold is an outstanding manager of this location, and takes the time to make sure work is done right with your vehicle being well vacuumed, windows cleaned, and the maintenance that will keep your car on the road. They an offer 20% military/veteran rate, so if applicable go save money, it’s certainly less expensive than most any shop.

Overall great customer service. It was about a 30 min wait. They do try to up sale so be cautious with that.
