Great experience at Jiffy Lube?. The brake job took most of the day, but the team stayed with it and made sure everything was fixed properly. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and they got both of my rear brakes taken care of. I appreciate all the hard work and would definitely recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the professionalism, transparency, and honesty of the team. Further, the job was completed quickly and not once was I pressured with an upsell. Great experience overall.

Meryiah and Dwayne are amazing! Went for a tire rotation and they were quick and thorough with it and even vacuumed out my car, I was so happy. The store is so clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Meryiah’s customer service is phenomenal, she’s very knowledgeable and very kind! I usually get anxious about my car but Meryiah was able to answer any questions I had and made me feel like I could comfortably trust her, and the Jiffy Lube brand. Dwayne is very personable and nice as well! Thank you to the entire team at the Lake Wylie Jiffy Lube, and thank you to Meryiah specifically!

We didn’t know they closed in 5 minutes but the guy there took us anyway i would have been ok coming back but he was so nice! We will definitely be back and a lot earlier in the day!

A great experience with Meriyah, Nick and One! All took care of my needs excellent! Came in as a walk in and needed a battery change on a car most were hesitant to touch due to it being a European import. They went above and beyond to help me. Will be back for me and highly recommend! 10 out 10!!

The worker who took care of me was actually very outstanding. He might have been a manager. Better than I expected. I even purchased an air filter without price comparing just because I needed it and wanted him to get the credit for selling to me instead of auto zone. He deserved a very good tip. The man was thorough, professional and friendly. What else can you want. Great employee!
