I enjoy going to jiffy lube the employees there are always polite respectful and honestly about your vehicle when it comes to be a problem they definitely have my 5 star rating.

I had a very good experience with a Jiffy Lube and Pawtucket Rhode Island. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I just want to think that young brothers that serviced my Mercedes-Benz moving forward you guys will be the only one that will touch my car.

Went for the first time today for an oil change and had a great experience. The technician that serviced my vehicle was extremely helpful. I am not mechanically inclined, the tech was able to identify and reccomend other services that would keep my car happy. He was thorough with his work, transparent with pricing, and was not at all pushy with the additional services. But because of how awesome the experience was I took him up on everything he suggested

Best place to go for oil changes

I had fantastic service today! I showed up and the door was locked because they where in the back. I was sitting in my car looking up somewhere else to go. They ended coming out to my car and asking me what I needed. They did an oil change and was able to get my diagnostic test for my check engine light. They where friendly, fast and accommodating. Im happy to report my check engine light turned off. This will be my new place for an oil change!

I’ve been going to these guys for years. Always quick, great priced and they don’t try to talk you into all the extras. Well run shop and there are always online coupon codes!

Very prompt & professional service.

They basically said I declined my car being vacuumed, they didn’t even ask me, they didn’t check the air in my tires until I asked them to. They def cut corners to finish quick even with no other customers waiting! They were polite but didn’t give the full service jiffy lube usually gives!

Fast service. Car litterally felt new to drive after a good premium oil change, and no I'm not payed to say that lol. Great people just understand life is stressful under Democrat leadership so give these people a pass whenever they seem moody. They are very respectful though

We needed sparkplugs, they changed them for us at a reasonable price and very quickly.

A little pricey, but fast and easy

100% recommend the one on Newport Ave Pawtucket. I wont go anywhere else. Simply put its an excellent place with a smooth experience. Also has tv to put cartoons for kids!

Best J.L. exp I have ever had, and I use this company a lot. Sit in car service, no unnecessary upselling, quick and efficient. Noone was "just standing around" while cars were in bays. Couple things that I will need done in a few thousand miles were mentioned and noted in my customer profile, but not pressured for today.

I received excellent service. I appreciated that they did an oil change when I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The young man was friendly and shared information about everything he was doing and the company services that I could take advantage of going forward. The price was about the same as I’ve paid elsewhere. Actually a bit less (they gave me a coupon).
