Got me in for a battery replacement early and they were finished in <30 mins, and had also filled my tires up without me asking. The two employees were friendly and efficient.

Excellent service , it feels like they are not trying to take your money and they are really trying to do a honest job. Mark (manager) is really friendly.

This is the only location I take my car to for an oil change. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Today I came in for an oil change and Daithan was alone working . Despite being alone he was patient, courteous and gave great recommendations.

I generally send my husband to take care of any car maintenance for me because I had something really bad happen to me at a mechanic shop when I lived in NY and it still makes me uneasy. That being said, I had to bring my car for an oil change myself today, and am glad to report that I had a very good experience at Jiffy Lube of Coventry. I love that I didn’t even have to get out of the car, and that there was a female mechanic! The service was very quick, and the male manager was nice too. I did bottom out trying to get out of the parking lot though hahah. I can actually say that I would go there by myself again, which is huge for me. Thank you!

Great service, Manager/Lead service technician always remembers my face and those who I’ve sent to him. He always is cordial and helpful. And recommends things that either need or will need to be done soon.

Mark at jiffy lube in Coventry ri has been helping me for 5 years He is trust worthy, kind and always does excellent work. I recently went in for break pads and an oil change and it was done in an hour , and I received a discount with coupon as well. I highly recommend this location. He and his co workers are kind , respectful, honest and always get the job done in a timely manner

Honestly, depending on who does your work. This time, the guy was great. Quick, efficient and very helpful.

Got me in and out. I work 3rd shift,and I went right after work for an oil change. I was home in no time at all, and going to bed.

Haven't been to one of these places in many years. Their frequent policy of up selling and offering unneeded parts was off-putting. That did not happen this trip and it was the only place open for an oil change on Labor Day weekend. Kudos to them. Only had to wait 20 minutes.

Quick service. A little pricy but for same day service they took me without waiting a minute
