Actually, they were pretty busy and I got in fairly in good time and the service was only about 15 minutes and everything was great. The personnel was pleasant and informative and I’ll be coming back. In fact I did bring my other car back later on and add that Service also, so both of them got serviced today and when they need more service, I’ll come back.

Really great service! I got an oil change on my SUV. The mechanics were extremely polite and professional. They made the whole process extremely easy.

Quick oil change

I went to the Springfield, PA location. This was the easiest experience ever. For once a mechanic didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need. I even asked them about the cabin filters before they started. He checked them & said I didn’t need new ones until next time. I was shocked how fast they were done. I hate having to lose my car for the day just for an oil change at other places. Here they were so kind answering all of my questions. I know nothing about cars. I’m telling all of my friends where to go from now on.

I got an oil change and filter replacement yesterday. Nice and quick service. I did however notice a slight issue with acceleration. So I bought the vehicle back today. Dan was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They were busy but he immediately came out to take a look at my car for me. All it took was one glance and a turn of the key and he was able to tell what the issue was. And I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. This location is amazing!

Guys were great very friendly and professional! Went beyond retrieving a oil cap that fell in plastic cover under engine only they could have retrieved it caused they needed to be under car. It had fallen when I was checking oil.So then proceeded w/ oil change ????. EXCELLENT SHOP HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Standard good service. They take an appropriate amount of time, sometimes quicker if they aren't really busy.

Very Professional guys. I went to another Jiffy Lube earlier that day but they wouldn't service my truck. Call the other one guys said come on we got you. They sure did. In and out within 15min. I will continue to bring it to them.
