Went for an oil change. Everyone was very accomodating. Struck up a conversation with another customer. When my car was done the other customer had paid for my car. I was so taken aback by his kindness. He was gone before I could thank him, so if he reads this I want to thank you so very much. I will pay it forward in some way. I am so grateful.

Every time I come here I get the best service.

In and out as usual. When I cant go to my regular jiffy lube in roxborough I go to the Clifton heights location. Quick and seamless.

Friendly and helpful staff

The absolute best customer service I have experienced since covid ended. Technicians who know what they are professional and know what they are doing. And to top it off a manager who values each customer and gives great attitude. Love this place. I will never go to any other place. Truly live up to their 15 minute oil change! ??

Actually, they were pretty busy and I got in fairly in good time and the service was only about 15 minutes and everything was great. The personnel was pleasant and informative and I’ll be coming back. In fact I did bring my other car back later on and add that Service also, so both of them got serviced today and when they need more service, I’ll come back.
