Very friendly staff !

The staff at this location are some of the friendliest, more helpful people I have ever met. They got the work done quickly, smoothly, and with excellent communication. But most of all these guys inspire confidence just by their radiating kindness. They make me proud to be in Pittsburgh. End of gush.

Today was my first time getting my SUV serviced here It was pretty fast ?? and the Guys were cool I got a oil changed they even cleaned my dirty windshield I definitely recommend the service here to anyone and it was affordable I got to pick my choice in oil But overall I’ll definitely be back for the next one

Great Customer Service, fast and efficient Oil Change today

Customer service was absolutely phenomenal from when I called with a few questions, to helping me in a car pinch during a stressful move! James was especially kind and helpful!! Car service can feel overwhelming but couldn’t have had nicer or more helpful service from the Jiffy Lube staff.

Great service and wonderful communication

I used to go to Jiffy Lube up until COVID. Went to Costa Oil for a while because they would post about having $40-50 synthetic oil change specials. Then they changed their pricing and now you are paying $50 FOR JUST the oil...then they add an oil filter priced like it came from the dealership. Like their oil, they purchase their oil filters in bulk, so charging exorbitant prices for the oil filter makes them a cash cow. No more! Found a deal on Groupon. Ended up paying not much more, but I know that I'm getting a name brand oil and filter AND if needed, they will top off the oil (for a set amount of miles) at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Back to Jiffy Lube I go! Please forgive me, Jiffy Lube.

Everyone was efficient and worked great as a team . Kevin was especially helpful and courteous. The service is excellent! Highly recommend this location. I will definitely be going back.

My oil alert came on and I pulled into the Jiffy Lube shop. The employee was able to check my car and top off my oil level in a few minutes.

Jennifer was AMAZING HER WHOLE CREW FROM TOP TO BOYTOM. Very professional just THANKFUL THEY WERE THERE TO SERVICE MY BMW! Leaking crazy. Made sure my car was good to drive back to NC!
