Hymir was amazing ! Greeted me promptly!! When it was time to explain what my car needed, he took his time explaining everything. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. I would return to this location because of his professionalism. However, there was another man present who, I believe, was the manager. I found it extremely unprofessional that he had customers waiting for their cars, and instead of jumping in to help his team, he was standing in front of the customers texting on his phone.

2nd Review. My Overall experience was great! I arrived around 9:30am. My car was complete within a reasonable time. Hymir, the auto technician was awesome at explaining the services my car needed. He even contacted me via phone when my car was ready. I will be returning again for auto servicing????

The team was quick to service my fleet vehicle with expertise. The customer service has always been top tier at this JL location!

Lloyd and Dave helped me out tremendously with my vehicle. Thought it was an isssue with the alternator. Helped me figure it out that it was a battery issue and they got me out of the shop right before my daughter birthday party! Thank you so much whenever you’re in the area make sure that those two are your go to guys!

I had such a great experience coming in for my oil change! Meer is an amazing manager friendly, kind, welcoming, and just all around awesome. He really makes you feel taken care of. The staff was also incredible, very professional and attentive. My front desk girl Neneh was amazing too so sweet and helpful. Overall, such a positive and smooth experience. Highly recommend!

My go to place to get my oil change since purchasing my 2019 Rav. I always have prompt service. This particular visit, the service man brought to my attention I needed my air filter changed & new wipers for my vehicle & gave me the option if I wanted them to replace them for me.
