I love the crew at this Jiffy Lube. They are professional and always do a great job with my vehicles if I have emergencies or just need an oil change. They are currently working outside with no air conditioning in over 100 degree temperatures. That is not right on any level and maybe someone reading this can help them.

They are quick and courteous. Been using them for years when I don’t have time to schedule. Never a problem always in and out.

Overall, I had a positive experience during my recent oil change. The service was completed efficiently, and I didn’t have to wait long, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth from start to finish.

The service was fast, friendly, and great. My customer service representative was attentive, and she was knowledgeable about the things that were going on within my car. She didn’t try to upsell me, but she did tell me about the things that needed to be done and I had some of those things taken care of during my visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had gotten a flat tire and immediately pulled into the first parking lot that I could. I thought I was going to have to wait for AAA, but realized that it was a Jiffy Lube. Luckily, Will was there and replaced my flat with my spare tire. He turned a stressful event into an easy fix. Out of all the places I could have gotten a flat, I'm glad it was at this Jiffy Lube especially while Will was there. I greatly appreciate what he did for me and my car, and will definitely come back to get my oil change or any other future services that my car may need.

Very enjoyable experience here. I was worried when I saw the line when I pulled in but they had my oil changed and on my way within 10 minutes. I also was not pressured into getting any additional work done.
