Excellent staff and fast paced work

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube today, and we especially want to recognize Dean for going above and beyond! My husband and I were out running errands and getting everything done before taking our son back to Penn State when we made a quick stop at this Jiffy Lube. It was our first time there, and from the moment we arrived, Dean was incredibly welcoming, kind, courteous, and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, and Dean did a quick yet very thorough job. We never felt rushed, and we truly appreciated the care and expertise he provided. We left feeling completely confident that our car is ready for the long trip back to Penn State, which gave us one less thing to worry about during an already busy day. Thank you, Dean, and the entire Jiffy Lube team, for such a great experience! Your professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service really stood out. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service!

The team was very courteous and helpful.

Eager to help me as I was the only car at that time. Came in for standard oil change and they asked about a tire rotation. I got both and I feel like my car is happier. Took no time at all, i had my personal pit crew. I drive by multiple times a week while traveling for work...I think I found my new spot.

I’m going to this Jiffy Lube location for a couple years now mostly the same guys who get you in and out of their clean facility in a Jiffy

One worker really went above and beyond in specific, his name is Raden. He was super informative, he payed attention to detail, all while getting me in & out the door within 15minutes. Give that man a raise ??

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I was there right at 9 on a Sunday morning. They were so kind, incredibly helpful, and super quick - in a jiffy ?? not only did i experience awesome customer service,; they made sure everything was working properly. They noticed my windshield wipers were very worn out, and suggested i buy a new pair - without pressure. I'll be telling everyone about the Douglassville, PA Jiffy Lube. Thank you so much!

Returned to Jiffy Lube for another oil change and this time was helped by Dean, whom went above and beyond for our visit! We arrived early, before they opened and we're still greeted immediately by Dean. Our service was prompt and professional. The guys even pointed out some upcoming maintenance my vehicle needs to pass inspection, providing me a piece of mind. I will absolutely be returning for the work and inspection, another shout out to the Douglassville Jiffy Lube!! Highly recommend.
