Have been going to this Jiffy Lube for probably almost 10yrs now. Love it. Always treated well and they people who work here a good genuine people. They won’t lead you astray

In and out super quick. Check groupon deal

While driving my 5 hour drive my cars skid plate fell off and my oil was leaking, I was panicking because it was late in the day and almost stranded. I called them and they got a spot in for me, fixed my issue quickly and got me back on the road so I can get home thank you so much!!

Had a great experience with an oil change today. All the guys were friendly (Johnny, Jakob, Zachary and William). Didn't push services I didn't need. Had me out in about 20 minutes.

Excellent experience !! Will definitely be using Jiffy Lube from here on out !!! I didn't time it but it definitely was way quicker then going to dealership or sitting in waiting room at garage. I said I had a 20.00 coupon and the guy checking me out said well I have a 30.00 coupon. Who's going to complain about that ? I went to the Cranberry twp location. I will assume you will receive the quick service at any location. I had an excellent experience and would gladly recommend this company.

Took a lot more than 16 minutes but made up for it with a tech/customer service person who obviously cared and did a stellar job!

Very friendly. I had to ask for a window sticker to remind when next oil change is due after getting my car after service. Technician was unclear on when next synthetic oil change was due. I had to ask if if the reset in the cars computer was reset. For the most part, good.

Fast Friendly Professional Service

I have been getting my car serviced at the same shop for the past few years. I often inquired about the color of my oil and why my vehicle would burn through it so fast. I was told it’s perfectly normal, nothing to worry about. Recently my car stopped functioning correctly, and could only drive far enough to stop at this Jiffy Lube. The team at this Jiffy Lube saw my car and immediately knew exactly where to look. The manager himself, pulled the dip stick out and told me the issue as well as the root cause along with providing a solution. He even recommended a good mechanic. He did this in less than 3 minutes. He was courteous and empathetic towards my situation and above all he was never dismissive. This was the most impressive service I have ever received. Highly recommend!
