Friendly staff and fast service. Would recommend!

I believe Quaran was his name. You have bosses and you have leaders. That is a leader. Even though it was 95° out and they were swamped with a killer workload everyone had an amazing attitude, great work, even took the time to show me how to reset the maintenance light in the event I wanted to do it. A+++ Experience. Price was really good too.

I went in for an oil change and had a flawless experience. The service was super fast, the pricing was fair, and the shop is very well-organized. A special shoutout to Scott, who took care of my car. He was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine care for the vehicle. It’s hard to find such honest, high-quality service these days. I had an excellent experience here today. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They got me in and out quickly while still taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of properly. I came in after discovering an issue under my hood, and the team went above and beyond by helping clean up spilled oil, making sure my oil cap was properly secured, and giving me helpful information on how to clean the remaining residue. They treated me with respect and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. What stood out most was the positive attitude of everyone working there. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I even connected with a few of the team members over music and gaming, which made the experience even better. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change or vehicle maintenance. I'll definitely be coming back.

Jiffy on Catasauqua Rd is the place to go for a quick oil change. The workers are great, friendly and honest with their recommendations, not pushy trying to sell you something. This is my 3rd time there, Scott waited on me and was great!

The service was amazing! I love how they checked everything on my car and even put air in my tires! I’m going back next month to get my breaks done. Loved these guys! Awesome energy!
