I had an air filter and a cabin filter replaced. I did not have that much money to spend so they gave me a discount to fit my budget. The service was fast and they were friendly. I'm so grateful for their work. I'll go back there the next time I need to get an oil change.

Elijah was personable and proficient! He answered all my questions and shared some of his tips and tricks on how to maintain my car in the future. Elijah even had the courtesy of washing my windows and vacuuming my floors for me with no additional charge. As a single mom, that meant more than he will ever know. Elijah went above & beyond and I look forward to doing business with him in the future!

Two days ago, I accidentally drove over something on the road that ripped off my splash engine shield. The noise and the uncomfortable driving experience started to make me anxious, so I decided to stop by a nearby shop to get it checked. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick, easy, and convenient the whole process was. Not only did they fix the issue on the spot, but they also took the time to explain what had happened and how they resolved it. To top it off, they didn’t charge me a dime! I truly appreciate the honesty and transparency especially when they explained that it was a simple fix. A huge shoutout to Brandon P., Brendon O., Ken, Willy, and Cody for their outstanding service that day. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely recommend this shop to others!

3rd time is a charm! I went to 2 other locations who apparently couldn't give me an oil change (1 couldn't unscrew bolt, other Jiffy didn't have oil filter)...And then I met Willy @ Jiffy Tigard. He welcomed me an hour before closing on a hot summer night. This is the time where staff are tired, just want to go home and so I hadn't expected great service but I got it. He offered me to wait in their waiting room or my car. I stayed in my car and Willy let me know key points of service through out the process and worked well with the guy under my car. They were fast, efficient, and had me out in no time. This team showed a sense of urgency and provided great service! This is what grows strong customer loyalty - I will be back because it's not just about product but also great service!! Thank you to the team here, I appreciate you!

They were quick had oil change and cabin filter and air filter and oil filter replaced. Total bill 180.00 dollars. They are okay, and I was able to watch them.

My poor car has had some troubles these past two weeks that scared the living daylights out of me. Nothing the guys at this Jiffy Lube location couldn’t handle. Great experience today at Tigard Jiffy Lube! Makes it easy with a little one - very fast service while we stayed in the car - about 12 minutes. No unnecessary upsells and coupons applied. Highly recommend.

We went to Tigard Jiffy Lube because we had 2 warning lights on. All 3 attendents (Michael, Eli and C.J) immediately came to help. They thoroughly checked for the issue and fixed my car. They worked as a team. Fast, courteous and efficient. They even diagnosed my broken water fluid hose. Big thanks to Michael, Eli and C.J. We will always go to this Jiffy Lube. These 3 men are outstanding and go above and beyond for customer service. Great experience!
