Amazingly quick and uncomplicated DEQToo testing. I just sat in the car the whole time - probably less than 10 minutes - while they plugged in the tester, then I paid and received written confirmation of test results along with written directions for how to complete the renewal process online. It couldn't have been easier or more convenient.

Very helpful, and never have had a complaint in regards to there knowledge or insight. If needing anything else they are always willing to help.

The service crew were excellent all members were courteous and Professional every member !

Went in a little worried not knowing how itd go, but low and behold i was met by an individual named Gabe and he put all my worries to rest he was the upmost respectful guy i have talked to in a very long time he explained everything going on with detail and nothing was left out. i could tell my car was running a little funky and he took the time to troubleshoot my issues and get my car running like i just pulled it out of the showroom floor i highly recommend going to this location especially if gabe is working 11/10 service thank you!

Our car blew a radiator hose and ended up needing a new radiator. We were out of town on vacation and brought it to Jiffy Lube in Sandy, Oregon. They stayed well past closing on a Saturday night to fix our car. They did a great job, and I would recommend that shop to anyone.

This Jiffy Lube is really close to my house but I hadn’t gone there because of all the bad reviews. I took a gamble and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and got the job done efficiently. I was able to get groceries at Safeway next door while they performed the full synthetic oil chance. I would highly recommend this location.

Staff are great but the cost seems to have gone up considerably.

The staff team has always been great at the Sandy location.. Today they had a new crew member . I wish I had gotten her name. Even though she was new. It was like she had been there forever. She new exactly what was going on . She was on top of all the cars coming in and out knowing what was needed for each car . shouting out all the service . Keeping the team focused on task . With each service needed for the individual . Cars coming in as the team did their double checks and call out of service performed. I was one of the last cars she guides in before she had to leave for lunch . She stayed until my car was finished . I was glad she did. As the tech was getting ready to pour oil in .He called out a double check she let him know I needed the high mileage oil not the regular out the drum . Thanks Team for taking care of my jeep.

Kevin, was great. My wife and I are regular customers and he always treats us like we're brand new, and I love it, giving me details about my car on things that you don't even service and I appreciate that.

Satisfied with my rear brakes serviced. Daniel went out of his way finding a missing part, drove to a couple stores until he found one that fit my car. Price was very reasonable. No more sweeky sounds other mechanics, Les Schwab failed to fix.

It was one of the most thorough visits. They were very honest and took the time to explain what was needed.

Daniel was Incredible! 16 miles from home, the clutch in my Mazda Miata decided to get super squishy. I popped the hood and saw the fluid was almost black instead of clear. I limped it in to Jiffy Lube and had them flush the fluids. Before I left Daniel wanted to test the clutch to make sure that it was all right at which point we found the car wouldn’t go into gear, just as the shop with closing for the night. While, everyone else left, he pushed my Car back into the bay and stayed for an hour and a half, after everyone else had gone home, to problem solve my car. In a day and age where customer service sometimes seems like a thing of the past and workers go out of their way to avoid helping you, It felt amazing to have A place provide service With a smile. He even laughed at a couple of my cheesy jokes! Thanks to him, I didn’t get stranded miles away from home and my clutch is working fabulously again. I can’t begin to express how incredibly surprised and grateful I am that this young man put his Evening off after working 10 straight Days to make sure that I got home Thank you so much! It was a pleasure meetingi you and hope to see you again

They had one bay inoperative and cars backed up but as overwhelmed as they were they stayed positive and gave good professional service.

Fast & friendly service

The staff at Sandy Jiffy Lube are outstanding. I was in need of replacing a radiator hose. The team got me a quote and did the repair work.they showed me the faulty hose and why it failed. They also told me about some other maintenance issues that need to be done. Very friendly and informative group. I have been going there for several years and always trust them.

This Sandy Jiffy Lube amazing! I’ve been a regular customer here for 5 years. They are always extremely; efficient, dependable, has knowledgeable mechanics, reasonable prices (with online coupons) and provides very friendly customer service. The Manager Jenny is awesome to work with!! I highly recommend them to anyone, all day long!!!

Jenny and her team rock. You can tell theyre a good team by how theyre talking to eachother, like family. Time is money so they're quick but also take the time to give you quality service. They don't push sales like jiffy lube used to.

Daniel and his team are absolutely amazing. They are honest kind and Daniel the general manager came in on his day off to write a wrong that another location had botched with our brake service.. He took it on personally to make sure that we were taken care of that. Everything was fixed correctly that there were no safety issues nothing and to me that said a lot because I had no faith after the after the first job at a different location, but then Daniel completely Turn the whole situation around. While we waited for our Car To be fixed, I watched the staff treat customers with kindness, never pushing And told him how it was how it is and it’s just honestly great like everybody seemed happy Laughing and just doing their job. They got to my service quickly and we're very efficient and professional.

I went to the store in Sandy Ore. As soon as I got there I was welcomed by a very nice gentleman. He took my information. I had a headlight out and decided to go with halogen bulbs. They exchanged the bulbs and I was off. Everyone was very nice. I seen them topping off the fluids which was nice. I will go back and get my oil changed soon also. Thanks guys for doing a fast job.
