I always enjoy stopping at this Jiffy Lube location for a quick oil change, or more detailed services. Today I got an oil change and had my brake fluid flushed, & it was all done in less than 20 minutes. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t mind if you stay in your car, yet they offer to take you inside for coffee and will take care of the rest for you. Window washing & light vacuuming are complimentary as well! 10/10 experience every time!

Absolutely amazing group of knowledgeable men. I went in for new actuator and charge my A/C They took their time to find out the bigger issue which is a $1k+ job somewhere else. Thanks to them for saving my butt today.

This is Jiffy Lubes best location in Salem! The Staff is great, and they get you in and out Very fast. They are friendly and explain everything. You could not ask for a better place to have your car maintenance done. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!

I’ve been to this location several times, and they’re always fast and professional and very helpful. Everyone is willing to answer questions and helpfully remind me of their fluid top-up service, which I tend to forget about. They also always have someone not involved in the service overtly do a final check of everything, which gives me peace of mind that something obvious wasn’t missed like an oil cap being left off (which has happened at other oil change places). They provide the service I need and everyone is competent and professional. I’ll keep going back.

Yesterday, I had my vehicle inspected at an authorized and reputable center. The inspection was successfully completed; however, the manager handed me the inspection report without a date recorded on it. This has caused me a delay, as I am currently in the process of submitting documents to Uber and Lyft. Furthermore, I am currently at my workplace and unable to take any further action in person. Therefore, would it be possible for you to add the date to the document—specifically indicating the actual date of the inspection—and send it to me electronically?

Friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, trustworthy people listened and helped with the service my car was due to have. It took longer because of the busy day.

I rolled in with my high mileage tiny van that had been mishandled by another oil change/tire business in Salem. The Jiffy Lube team took care of all the mistakes and made sure that my vehicle was 100% safe to get back on the road. Shout out to Dusty who went beyond to clean up the mess created by the other company. Customer service was off the charts great. And another shout out to Jesse (???) who fixed a filter that was installed improperly by yet another company. Thanks, gentlemen!!

Blew a tire by Jiffy Lube 5 minutes after they closed and after talking to the crew as they were headed home, Craydon and Free stayed late and saved our trip. Can’t thank you guys enough.
