Friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, trustworthy people listened and helped with the service my car was due to have. It took longer because of the busy day.

I rolled in with my high mileage tiny van that had been mishandled by another oil change/tire business in Salem. The Jiffy Lube team took care of all the mistakes and made sure that my vehicle was 100% safe to get back on the road. Shout out to Dusty who went beyond to clean up the mess created by the other company. Customer service was off the charts great. And another shout out to Jesse (???) who fixed a filter that was installed improperly by yet another company. Thanks, gentlemen!!

Blew a tire by Jiffy Lube 5 minutes after they closed and after talking to the crew as they were headed home, Craydon and Free stayed late and saved our trip. Can’t thank you guys enough.

This is the first place that was completely honest with me. They recommended exactly what I needed, not what would cost me more. I highly recommend this place and I’ll be driving from Portland just to come here!

Fast and friendly service.

Traveling on I-5 away from home, and my car began to overheat. The gentleman here diagnosed and repaired the issue with extreme courtesy and professionalism. They stayed after hours to do so as it was an hour and a half repair. The cost was market price. There aren't words to express my gratitude for this shop and these men.

Did and outstanding job on my car my drain plug was stripped and was going to have to replace my oil pan and they got my drain plug out saving me time and money they got my business for life

Today we were traveling through Salem and were having some issues with our oil pressure, we stopped in to see if the guys could check our oil filter. I told the guys what was going on and Jordan (Jordon?) over heard us, knew the issue and told us what need to be done, while discussing labor and cost, Justin was off the clock and heard us and offered to do it. We paid the part and Justin showed us the cause so we knew for future reference and fixed us all up! These guys made a pretty stressful situation pretty fun and we were on the road again in no time! The whole shop of guys were great and friendly and deserve a lot of praise and even maybe a raise!! ??

I needed to put some air in my tires and I was in a hurry. I pulled in and the got me in right away. It took less than 5 min and I was on my way. I was willing to pay but they didn’t let me. The staff were very friendly and anxious to help. Very impressed with them.

This Jiffy Lube (Lancaster and State St in Salem Oregon)is awesome! The staff is so friendly. They don't try to oversell anything. I trust their recommendations. I never feel like I'll be ripped off, taken advantage of or sold products I don't need. It's a really great thing when I can look forward to and enjoy auto maintenance!
