The team was really fast at this Jiffy Lube. That said I was the only car there due to construction. I was a little annoyed that they didn’t vacuum the floorboards or clean the windows as is supposed to be included in the signature service; especially cause there was no other customers so there was no excuse. The manager reminded me I can get free top offs up to 4 quarts of oil which I didn’t know about so I raised this to 4* from 3*. Also $140 for a synthetic oil change if it doesn’t include anything other than quick fluid checks and light checks is rather overpriced for the car I have. Not their fault though; that’s a corporate Jiffy Lube issue.

Stopped by around 4:30pm on a weekday, not busy at all. Got an oil change done and was out within 30 minutes. The employees were kind and efficient. Thanks guys!

Great oil change service. They were very professional and helpful!

Came in for an oil change, left with my back driver side and rear light housing unit fixed for free without replacing a frigging thing. Shout-out to the whole crew on 82nd and Division but kudos to the manager for fixing that for me.

Always fast, friendly, and never pressured into getting more services than I came in for. Some friendly reminders (it might be time to do X, Y, or Z soon) but never pressured like at some other places. Came here for my last 3 changes and I plan to continue coming here!

Not busy early in the mornings. I went at like 9am on a Tuesday and did not wait in line at all. Very fast and easy, and the folks were friendly and straightforward. Be sure to find a coupon online if you can.

I arrived right at opening and the guys got me right in. Super friendly and quick service. I’ve gone to the same location for years due to the crew they have there.
