If you’ve tried services at this shop previously, I encourage you to try again. In the past I have been turned away twice because they “didn’t have time”. This time they seemed eager to work me into the queue. They were efficient and thoughtful, patient with an older person that doesn’t know lots about their car.

He was nice and thorough. Did a good job with customer service.

I am SO pleased with the service I received today. I have put off bringing my car in due to cosmetic damage and how long I’d gone without an oil change. The staff was kind and did not make me feel intimidated or foolish. They helped fix up my bumper and my license plate cover and were all gentlemanly about it. The manager took the time to speak with me about what was needed for my car and made it easy for me to understand and gave me the necessary quotes to make an informed decision. The whole experience was quick as well and I left feeling extremely confident about my understanding of my car as well as the repairs they helped me with. I plan on remaining loyal to this location as long as I live in Portland.

Fast and nicely air conditioned waiting room. Man who didn't treat me like an idiot when I asked (yet again) what the oil can with the 0 over 0 light meant. BTW, that's a percentage sign and when you look further to the right you see the number. My dad did tell me to read the manual, but it's nice to still have people to talk to sometimes. Hopefully, Jiffy Lube continues to keep it's human employees.

Always get great service at JiffyLube but the 146th Division st is THE best. Truly appreciate the frank & honest service & will be back to get brakes done.

Everyone was really nice, friendly, worked great together as a team, very professional, has a lot of knowledge about the cars and the work they do. Made it comfortable while waiting but really quick and sufficient. Thanks again for all your help and support!

I really love the fact that they're fast AND tell me what I need or should consider, without over elling tomme, cause thats just annoying. This is my go to JiffyLube as it is close to my home.

I went out of my way to go to this location. The location that is closer to my house was always trying to upsell me on all kinds of things including wanting to repair my car for an oil leak that was not really a leak. This location got everything completed very quick, and I'm very happy with them.

My first time at the Jiffy Lube on SE Division. The Kia dealership could not get me in today. I came in for motor oil before leaving town. The team paused what they were doing to help me. They were fast & efficient. When I asked for the cost the team smiled and said "no charge, maybe you can come here next time you need service & skip the dealership." What a nice surprise & I will come back.

Extremely friendly and fast

Took my car there for a small oil leak 2/28/26. The guys there immediately identified a loose drain plug and quickly remediated the issue at no charge. They were friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful service.Pulled in because I was told my oil and coolant were low there was no wait at all and they didn't charge me anything.Full disclosure I did have my oil changed with them last but I was fully expecting to pay for the coolant.It made my day and being an adult just a little easier.Thank you

My family and I have been going to Jiffy lube for quite some time now. This was by far one of the best experiences. Gary was very polite and went above and beyond to be helpful. The 2003 expedition that was worked on, was there for almost 3 and a half hours, so we're my husband and I woth our 2 year old and 7 year old. They didn't mind chatting with our kids or that we occasionally wanted to watch them work. The waiting area and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Over this was very smooth visit and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for services! Also if you need a financing option, the snap finance is a breeze and generally takes a few minutes to be approved. Happy Travels everyone!
