I have to admit, Jiffy Lube on NE Sandy Blvd won me back this week. I actually stopped by yesterday and ended up scheduling with the dealership because they appeared to have a slightly better price. But after years of bringing multiple vehicles to this Jiffy Lube location and consistently having great experiences, I found myself comparing more than just the dollars. I canceled the dealership appointment and came back today. As it turns out, Jiffy Lube had a promotion running and a coupon brought the price in a few dollars lower than the dealership anyway. Even better, the service was completed in a fraction of the time. In today’s world, time has value. Being in and out in under 30 minutes versus sitting at a dealership for an hour or more is worth a lot. What really stood out, though, was the team. Assistant Manager Paris was clearly running a tight ship. The entire crew worked like a well-coordinated pit crew. Everyone knew their role, communication was constant, and the process flowed smoothly from start to finish. As someone who works as a business process consultant with organizations around the world, I couldn’t help but notice how efficiently the operation was run. Great systems, great teamwork, and great execution. What I appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure. No upselling. No scare tactics. Just straightforward explanations, honest recommendations, and several offers to help with things I never would have expected Jiffy Lube to assist with. That’s the kind of customer service that creates long-term loyalty. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines speed, professionalism, value, and genuine customer care this well. Now I get to look forward to coming back in 7,000 miles and seeing how they’ve somehow managed to get even more awesome. Thank you, Paris, and the entire NE Sandy Blvd team. You’ve earned a customer for many miles to come.

I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location multiple times. This crew has always treated me great. Always out in 15 mins or less. Super friendly. This is my first choice always for an oil change.

Everyone was very friendly, asked questions about my truck in general, explained the difference between my oil types. I explained I was heading out for a road trip & I’m the one that gets pulled over for a license plate light being out! Service was very quick and I asked for all my non-functional lights to be replaced. They got everything all the dead lights swapped for functional lights, it looks like the entire lighting system at the top of my lift gate on the back door. Best guess is it probably needs to be replaced by a new entire unit. I had not been to this jiffy Jiffy Lube, it wasn’t too busy and I didn’t have to wait so I was surprised and very thankful. My oil change was very swiftly and I got a free feul injection solution to put in my tank, thank you Jiffy Lube.

Base pricing is high but they always have a coupon. Fast service no frills. Can't complain.

With a massive delivery truck ahead of me, I was quoted a 30 minute wait before service. It ended up being less than 10. Once in place, service was a breeze: got my wife's car an oil change and new wipers in about 15 minutes. Service was friendly and efficient. In short, I was lubed in a jiffy. Can't ask for more than that!

Go to this location! I'm supposed to be making my grocery list for the week and getting dressed to leave, and I actually stopped to give this review, because the folks there at the Sandy Blvd location deserve to know they're appreciated. Paris (I'm assuming manager?) was kind, relatable, and succinct in her explanations of a minor issue that was found. Excellent experience - so good, you might wish they were "20 minute oil changes!"

by far the best jiffy lube in town! the staff, specifically Paris Conner and David, are unbelievably kind, don’t make you feel guilty for not doing any additional upgrades, and they are so thorough. I came by today on a whim for an oil change and I’m so glad this was the place I chose.

The guys at the location on NE 181ST & GLISAN IN Gresham OR are the best! They're all very polite and respectful when I come.

I went to another Jiffy Lube right before this that had an hour wait, so I drove down the street to this one. Was immediately greeted by a friendly dude, unlike the last one I went to. As a woman, I usually have a difficult time with automotive shops-- the dudes are generally not very friendly or treat me differently. I like this staff at this Jiffy because I'm treated with courtesy. Only a 15-minute wait on a busy Saturday for an oil change, which was great. Will be returning for a quick oil change in the future.
