Fast and professional service

My car threw a check engine light while I was driving though the city, something felt quite off very quickly; luckily I happened to be right next to jiffy lube so I pulled it in to have it inspected, it was right at closing and Jacob Blaine and Eli hopped straight into action and saved me from catastrophic engine failure. These guys stayed after closing and let me park my car in the bay overnight to cool off; and work on in the morning. It was extremely hot outside and they even made sure we had water to stay cool as we waited for an uber. These guys are superheroes in my book and saved me from potentially having my car break down and needing to have it towed. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks again!

Car stuff for a girlie pop is always so stressful. I love coming here because they are always professional and kind. The girl who was working yesterday put my anxiety at ease- she was so sweet and didn’t judge me for not knowing where to pop my hood (lol) Everyone working was swift, nice, and got me in and out in 20 minutes.

Jacob did a wonderful job on my breaks when I had came in. I would like to just say thanks to the Whole Crew of Jiffy Lube over there.

Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices, fast service

Jiffy Lube at 33rd & Sandy, was great today. Especially Jacob, Akeelys, and of course Caityn. :) I highly recommend these guys, they did everything they could to help us out. And even gave my granddaughters and I each a bottle of water on this hot day! Thanks!

First of all, I have to say that having any type of maintenance done on my car is one of my least favorite things to do. But I couldn’t put off having my rear passenger brake light replaced. But having it replaced at Jiffy Lube was a breeze. I was ‘in and out’ within ten minutes. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient.

This is my go to Jiffy Lube, they are always professional but not pushy and they do a good job getting me in and out as quickly as possible. I also appreciate that I can stay in my car.

These guys did it again. Great service and the price was exceptional. One of the best shops ive dealt with ever. No need to go anywhere else with these guys in town . Thanks to Achilles, Jacob and Blaine. Nice guys! Blaine and Jacob took care of me ! A really fair price on Brakes and rear shocks. Much more fair pricing than these crazily priced shops all over portland . Soooo many scam shops in PDX with 4.5+ ratings on Google!! Not sure how these guys get a 4.2. But they get a 5 star from me ALL DAY!!!!!!!!

First time here since moving back to Portland and they totally hooked me up. Bonus points for orchestrating which lane to move to for maximum efficiency.

The folks at Jiffy Lube were very helpful with what needed to be done on my car. She was overdue for the 90k services and they got those done, along with the oil change, no problem. Before bringing your Subi to the dealership that will charge an arm and a leg, stop by here first. Only thing is that it took a bit longer than they estimated, but some extra services were done and the car was overdue on them. Super friendly staff.

Yes, getting an oil change is a hassle. But today, a Jiffy Lube employee noticed and fixed an issue I’ve had with my right windshield wiper for more than five years, during which time it was totally inoperable. Now it works. They absolutely earned five stars today!
