Courteous, helpful, and fast service

Probably the best jiffy lube in Portland - came in for an oil change and never felt pressured to get anything additional done

Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, not pushy. I did mark overpriced, though. I can remember when oil wasn’t THIS expensive to change. Prices have gone wayyyyy up. But I’ll still come back here!

I was in the Portland, OR, area on a weekend of photography and decided to stop to have my car serviced.

Very trustworthy for not adding on things to charge extra money for. But, more than this, the Manager and her Staff performs with professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, compassion, consideration no matter how old or beat up a vehicle may be, they are always respectful to the vehicle and customer. Hope these Folks could remain at my favorite JL location until they retire for all my family,friends and me. I.S.O. ??????.

The worker offered services based on their diagnosis of my vehicle. For someone who doesn’t know anything about cars, I really appreciated that. He was kind and didn’t try to push other services which was why I stopped going to Jiffy Lube.

The team at this Jiffy Lube were friendly and fast. I had an important phone call come out of nowhere while I was waiting in line. I had to walk away from the noise to chat on a call for ten minutes. The attendant took care of everything while giving me a discount when I inquired about a coupon. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Went in for an oil change. They quickly diagnosed an issue with my car and offered to top off the engine for free as opposed to having me pay for a full change. They immediately earned my trust and I will continue to go here.

Quick and easy

I used to change my engine oil at home. But no more. There’s a Jiffy Lube near my house and I have gotten to know and trust this shop. The same guys and gals have been working as a team for years. I appreciate the communication that they practice while doing the work and then doing the check out. I get the oil changed no mess no fuss. It’s clean and done. And there is usually a coupon that gives me a discount.

The workers here were friendly, extremely speedy, and helped me get the best bang for my buck! The guy helping me was sure to let me know about my brake pads, which I was going to ask about and forgot. I'm glad I stopped by today, keep up the great work!
