Caring, attentive and professional.

This jiffy lube absolutely deserves its higher than the average jiffy lube rating. They're always friendly and efficient without being pushy for extras, and I've seen them go above and beyond several times. This is not the closest jiffy lube to me but it's always worth it to come to this one specifically for the professional and efficient staff.

Excellent service; 3rd time there

super friendly and kind, told me everything that i needed fixed, and did my oil change fast!

This was the first mechanic experience I've had where the team who served me were all women, and the ladies knocked it out of the park. They patiently answered all of my questions. I went in for a service I didn't end up needing and they were honest, they didn't try to upsell me on it. Well done!

This was the best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to in my life! The staff was half women and all friendly, and I was in and out of there in like 20 minutes!! Seriously unique and way different than my hometown. Insanely amazing.

JJ and the Team on NE 82nd were AMAZING! JJ got right to work, inspecting my concern (brakes) made pertinent assessments and replaced worn rotor and pads in under 2 hours. Recommended for Quality of service, efficiency in time and Customer experience!

Really great job every single time we've been coming for years they do a great job at changing oil is where as well as changing oil filters and whatnot staff is very friendly and they get you in and out quick I guess that's why they're called Jiffy Lube.

The service was thorough and quick. They didn't try to upset air filters that I didn't need while being able to fix the headlight and wiper blade that I did.

Got my A/C system charged. They did a great job at about half the dealership wanted.

Last week I was in the area and desperately needed some oil. I pulled in the bay directed by 2 employees. After being asked my mileage, which JJ had to help me locate I got the oil I needed. JJ and the crew were great. It has been quite some time that i encountered both management and employees all being extremely kind, pleasant, professional and efficient.
