From the moment I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted with a smile and treated with genuine professionalism. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. What impressed me most was being greeted by my name before I even introduced myself. It was such a small detail, but it showed an incredible level of attention to customer service that you don’t see very often. I was getting ready for a road trip to Bend that same day, so I really appreciated how efficient they were. My oil change was completed in about 20 minutes, and I was back on the road with complete confidence. The team worked quickly without sacrificing quality and took the time to answer my questions. As a Jeep owner, I was also surprised when they “ducked” my Jeep with a little white duck. It completely caught me off guard and was such a fun, thoughtful touch that put a smile on our faces. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, but this team absolutely delivered. They’ve earned my trust, and this will be my go-to location for future oil changes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. Five stars all the way.

The mechanic was very friendly. The service didn't take long at all. But most of what I liked was a mechanic. We looked at everything that could be done and came up of a game plan of. When would be a good schedule based on the age of my car and my average mileage. No pressure whatsoever which I loved

Justin was amazing!!! This is honestly the best jiffy lube and only one I will go to! They are efficient and through! They accepted my coupon and gave me recommendations without being pushy. Im taking my vehicle here next week for the much needed radiator service.

Been coming for years, they are always friendly and quick. Once, I thought i needed new brakes and they thought so too but when they got started, they realized that they were actually ok and called to have me pick up rhe car. They coukd have made some easy money and no one would have been the wiser (I drive a company car) Its great to have a shop you can trust. Justin and his crew are awesome.

The service was very clear communicated, fast, efficient, the wait room is clean, has bottle complementary water while waiting and bathroom. The prices were amazing I saved over $85 dollars off with coupon special for this June. I paid $177 for a full synthetic oil change while shield wiper fluid, tire rotation, gas cleaner, engine filter, on my Hyundai Tuscon 2020 sport se. Service was also friendly and knowledgeable employees who are experts.

They were very accommodating and only did the jobs. I asked them to do no pressure to do anything else.

The best experience I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lub. Attendant was very pleasant. No pressure sales. And as a plus, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would go back there tomorrow if I didn’t have to wait 5000 for my next change. Thanks so much David

Very helpful we had our oil changed. Bathrooms could use a little cleaning. Other than that, they did a great job.
