Fast and friendly every time. Not all pushy to replace every filter and wiper blades. They always do exactly what is asked of them.

8/28/26 My experience at Newberg Jiffy Lube was excellent. All the employees were very kind and helpful! I came in for an oil change and my check engine light was on so the store manager, Chris, shared with me where to go to get a test run to figure out the why the check engine light was on. I went to that location just down the road and they ran the test. I called jiffy lube to see if it was something they could fix and they said yes. So in a very small time frame, I had my oil changed and the problem fixed to turn check engine light off. I am so grateful to Chris and the team for doing such an awesome job for me! I’m will be a loyal customer for Newberg Jiffy Lube!

Had a really good experience at the Newberg Jiffy Lube, enough to write a review about it! Tony was great and helped me find some discount coupons as well. Double checked for a small leak and inspected my brakes. Was honest on both service needs and it showed. Colin did a great job servicing the truck and helped me identify why the check engine light keeps coming on periodically. I was really impressed by the service!

Everybody was very personable and efficient. Appreciate that I was able to wait in my car. They are a good crew.

These guys saved my day! I had an emergency situation on Saturday afternoon and would not be able to go on a trip if JL staff did not come to the rescue. They changed spark plugs and the ignition coil in less than an hour so we were able to get on the road . Grateful for these guys, willing to go above and beyond the normal customer service.

Needed a quick service before heading outbb be on a road trip. The service was quick but thorough and the mechanic was reassuring. All staff members were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Had a cooling issue. They did the coolant flush i asked for. When the car was still overheating they added more coolant and looked for leaks. Asked me to come back the next day for a proper pressure test because the equipment they had on hand today was faulty.

I'm both very Pleased and Impressed with my drive-in appointment/interaction with the guys on Sunday, May 17th. Mid-afternoon. 1st of all : Tony is HIM. Seriously. All credit goes to this distinguished gentleman for yesterday's checkup on an '06 pickup. He and the other gentleman there, both, treated it as their own vehicle and Tony even informed me that I didn't actually need an oil change at all! He complimented my vehicle, we then chatted about Vehicle and Truck Maintenance & I learned a few new helpful tips too! Very very personable and friendly man. I was very much overdue on my air filter, however, and that was a given when we took it out the engine bay. Lol. so, I had 1,000% misdiagnosed my own oil & the reservoir a week prior, and this man saved me about $90-110 as well as a cpl of hours on my last day off. Definitely showed true, genuine interest in the person & their transportation and not just the "customer". So to me, that means a lot. That's true integrity; Tony went above standard by far. No doubt about it And that is why I continue to choose to service my vehicle's needs at Newberg's Location, no matter where I live in the Valley's general area lol.. and it is why I will continueto do so, whenever I'm unable to do it at home, myself - jb

Stopped by for the first time today since I was on a time crunch and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the staff were and how quickly they worked. They also explained things very well and made suggestions for future service and things to keep an eye on.

Tony was great. He helped me to get things done quickly and made sure it was affordable. Dandy greeted us and made us feel like a best friend. He is the type of employee that every place needs to keep people coming back. Together, they made the experience very pleasant and I would recommend people to get services there.
