The staff are incredible knowledgeable in their craft. Yes, I say craft because they go above and beyond in everything that they do. Some would say it's just and oil change, but they'd be wrong. The staff are always going above and beyond making sure that tires are properly inflated, all fluid levels are topped off and correct, and that your vehicle is always ready for the road. I would highly reccomend them to anyone willing to listen.

Got my oil changed here, and the employees did a good job. Came back later for a windshield chip, and Tyler was very professional and helpful with explaining the process and costs. All in all, a good place to go for any car trouble!

Needed my sealed transmission serviced before a trip. I called to see if they could do it. I spoke with Tyler, he was very helpful and offered to stay late if I couldn’t make it in on time. Came in and everyone was great and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Great job

They do their best to get you in and out with professional precision quality maintenance information upkeep more information because these guys are seriously about their jobs I don't know where you go but if you go to the McMinnville jiffy lube these guys are it they are the one not the two and it doesn't matter if it's just two people working they'll service the eight car jam up quit fast & in a hurry ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? only reason I gave it four stars it's because there's always room for improvement no matter where you go if it's a four Michelin star restaurant or a taco truck outside of a Walmart I will never give people five stars or 10 out of 10 because there's always room for improvement but these gentlemen are almost there no lie seriously especially the technician that went out of his way to figure out my battery situation which is super dope because I have like a yacht size battery LMFAO that's his words ?????????????????????????????

The team at Jiffy Lube in Mcmminnville, Oregon was absolutely wonderful and courteous when I needed the extra help with my air filters I was helped considerably I believe by Gary, with being retired finances are slim, and he was able to find coupons that made it doable for me. I so appreciated the help.

I went in for a oil change and had no issue at all and will happily go back again. They did recommend other services and explained that based on my car mileage this is what the manufacturer suggests. I kindly explained that right now it wasnt in my budget but they let me know pricing and told me I can come back anytime for them. They weren't pushy and didnt try to upsell me they listened to what I needed and kept that in mind. I also suggest looking online on their website cause there are coupons you might be able to use to save a little money.
