The team at Jiffy Lube in Mcmminnville, Oregon was absolutely wonderful and courteous when I needed the extra help with my air filters I was helped considerably I believe by Gary, with being retired finances are slim, and he was able to find coupons that made it doable for me. I so appreciated the help.

Wow what a service! I’ve recently fallen on hard times and stopped in to get the veterans free oil change on Veterans Day. Rodger and Tyler were so very kind and amazing. They found several other things that needed some serious help, but that could easily fix for me. What a blessing! These guys, and their team, are quick and thorough. Thanks guys and thank you Jiffy Lube. I’ll be sleeping easier tonight knowing my truck is good to go for work tomorrow. Blessings on you all!

I have received great service at this location. This time Tyler and Randy saw my tire pressure was low. They checked my tire and patched it. So now I can confidently drive my car. I will definitely return to this location soon.

The person that took my call was very helpful. It was after 6:30 and they close at 7. He let me know how much a new battery would be and I asked if it would be possible to come in right away to get a new battery (I needed one baaadddd) he said yes since I was just 5 minutes away. I made it in 4. They were very helpful. I paid less than I was anticipating. So happy I can turn my car on without having to jump start it. So nice!!! I’ll be coming here from now on for oil changes. They were so nice, very sorry it took a bit to finish. I was out of there at 7:04/7:05 so like 5 minutes passed closing.

I have not been to a Jiffy Lube in a very long time. For a number of reasons I did end up going to the one here in McMinnville. Every single person there absolutely rocks!!!! They are so thoughtful, they are so thorough, and they are definitely very professional and sweet! It could have been a horrific day for me and they made it absolutely awesome! ??. I realize there are a number of choices in any given place however I'm definitely going back there And I would encourage Anyone to go back and Experience true service!!! ??

I had a very pleasant experience and received excellent service. Tyler demonstrated outstanding knowledge of automobiles and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. He was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. A truly impressive and courteous young man.

We got at 6:54 pm almost closing time and Jerry the store manager still got us in for an oil change highly recommended him super friendly and professional.

Got a nail in my tire on a Sunday when everyone else was closed and they patched it up in under an hour and didn't charge me a thing (they wouldn't take my money)

I have to tip my hat to the guys who helped me out yesterday: Kolby, Tyler and Jerry at this Jiffy Lube. I was driving my 22-year old truck down 99W in McMinnville when suddenly smoke started pouring out of the air vents. I happened to be approaching this Jiffy Lube, pulled in hot (meaning in a hurry, but literally hot with flames now shooting out from under the dash...). The guys ran out, I yelled "fire", they quickly grabbed a fire extinguisher and put it out, and also determined that it was electrical when they heard crackling and disconnected the battery. The quick response likely prevented considerably more damage. Then as I was waiting for the tow truck and on the phone with the insurance company, they took pictures and sent them to me to have for the insurance claim, provided me water and were all around going above and beyond. Bravo and thank you! You've earned my trust and future business.

I called around for quotes for spark plug replacement and they were by far the cheapest compared to other mechanics in town. They honored the quote I was given over the phone and were fast and friendly to work with.

The people at this store are thorough and knowledgeable. They gave me a good deal on transmission service. I change my oil here, too. It's clean and I was offered to sit in the waiting room.

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. I brought the work truck in here but after today I’m going to be bringing my personal rigs here. I believe the employee helping me was Tyler. Thank you for going out of your way to help me diagnose and fix the issues with my TPMS.

Wonderful and kind men. The manager Jerry was very thorough in his explanation and both him and assistant manager Tyler went above and beyond. Garrett was awesome and fast!

Fast and friendly. I was worried about a puddle under my car and a maintenance light. The three young men who helped this morning were very kind. They checked everything, reset the warning light, and vacuumed the driver floor within a few minutes and assured me all was good. It was just condensation from the air conditioner. They pointed out a windshield chip I hadn't noticed. No pressure, they told me any Jiffy Lube Multicare could fix and charge to insurance. I told them to go ahead and do it now. It only took about 20 minutes of the 30 they said it would take. Very happy with their service!!

I went in for a oil change and had no issue at all and will happily go back again. They did recommend other services and explained that based on my car mileage this is what the manufacturer suggests. I kindly explained that right now it wasnt in my budget but they let me know pricing and told me I can come back anytime for them. They weren't pushy and didnt try to upsell me they listened to what I needed and kept that in mind. I also suggest looking online on their website cause there are coupons you might be able to use to save a little money.
