I don’t normally leave reviews, but Alex and Sergio at this location provided excellent service. No upselling, but they definitely made the case for things that were necessary. I’d use this location again without hesitation! Also, Google Jiffy Lube Coupons Lake Oswego. That saved me $25.00!

I visited Jiffy Lube for a brake fluid change, as Accurate Auto of Lake Oswego recommended it. Zack quickly checked under the hood and informed me that my brake fluid didn’t actually need to be changed yet. He offered to do so if I wanted but reassured me that I could safely drive for another 4-5 months without any issues. It’s rare to find a company, especially in the auto service industry, that prioritizes honesty and customer service with its clients. Unfortunately most businesses tend to push clients into purchasing unnecessary goods and services. I chose not to change my brake fluid that day, but I will definitely return to Jiffy Lube in a few months and for all my future service needs. This is how a company should do business. Be honest with clients, so they continue to return in the future.

This location is the best! I was told by Valvoline that they were unable to untighten my oil filter housing and sent me over to Jiffy Lube (who previously serviced my vehicle) and they did it in two seconds! 11 out of 10 my friends thank you so much for your customer service and complementary accommodations. Will be back for all future services.

I brought my Toyota Tacoma here for a DEQ emissions test since it meets the criteria for DEQ Too. There was a short wait while the vehicles in front of me were serviced, and I was able to pull my truck in and have the emissions system scanned. It uploaded instantly to the DEQ website and I was able to claim my certificate and renew my registration. They guys here were friendly and did good work. The $24 device fee beats waiting in line at the DEQ.

As someone who’s new to the area, I really appreciated not only how quickly and efficiently he handled my oil change, but also how he took the time to share some fun local spots to check out. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the whole team made me feel completely at ease. I’ve always kind of dreaded oil changes, but this visit changed that — I actually look forward to coming back now. I really want to thank Alex for being honest about the service my car needed. I took my car into Beaverton Toyota and they told me I needed a brake flush, which after taking it to Jiffy Lube they told me and showed me that I absolutely didn’t. There’s nothing more aggravating than when dealership Try to take advantage of you and the employees at Jiffy Lube certainly have your best interest in mind. Thank you for providing great service.

I took my BMW 128i in to have the engine and cabin filters replaced for less than half the price of a BMW specialty shop. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and price.

I had a discount coupon and my 1990 Geo Storm needed the oil changed. To max out the discount I had to pick full synthetic oil. I don't generally use it because it leaks whereas the old fashioned oil doesn't; but I wanted to get the full $25 discount. I only put about 3,000 miles on in a year and had let almost two years go by. The bill was around $75. A fair deal for oil and a new filter; etc. Took about 20 minutes. What gets me is I needed the transmission serviced and a new ignition lock installed too. I took it to McLaughlin Chevrolet for the lock and transmission service and the bill was about $600 and I provided the new ignition lock from Rock Auto. Only $40 for the new lock; but $300 to install it. All this lead to me buying a "lemon" return Bolt 2019 with 6,000 miles on the clock. Got it before Trump axed the used EV rebate of $4,000 too! I need to preserve my two antique cars and a bargain EV is perfect for short frequent trips. All thanks to Jiffy lube and a $25 coupon!!????

I've been going here for my oil changes for a few years. Today's service inspired me to write a review, the gentleman that helped me was very kind. I'm thankful I can still depend on services like this to be easy and stress free.

Was not pressured into anything. I asked about brake fluid and they were happy to help. Honestly I felt very respected when normally I'm intimidated to get work done on my car. It was warm and those dogs barking all day has to be annoying. They were all keeping eachother hydrated and seemed to have great communication. Great team

They changed that oil lickety split!! They were friendly and professional. The way I like it. The way most people like it. Actually, I don't think anyone likes rude and unprofessional....I was out. Came in today for an oil change and they were very busy, but doing such an excellent job. Unfortunately the gentleman in the car in front of me must have been having a bad day, because before he left he got out of his car and started aggressively yelling at one of the service providers!!! It got so heated I myself had to get out of my car and tell the guy he needed to leave. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life it’s not the first time I’ve seen someone behave this way, but it’s still always baffling to me that people are arrogant enough to think it’s ok to act so awful to someone who is just trying to do their job. The man who was working ( my paperwork says his name was Eric I think) was flustered by the altercation but very apologetic to me about it. He and the rest of the team did a great and efficient job. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely go back

I arrived ~15 minutes before opening just to get in line before anyone else and the employee first kindly reminded me about the 9 am opening. But a couple minutes later came back and said he could start on my car then even though it was before they had officially opened. Was very efficient and kind, and gave me some advice on some break concerns I had as well. I would go back to this location next time I need to change my oil.

My headlight dashboard notification went off so I dropped by the Jiffy Lube by my office, after work. I was made aware that my serpentine belt was so worn out that it was about to break. It could not be fixed at that shop but they referred me to the Lake Oswego Jiffy Lube, where it could be replaced. I called the LO store and the manager, Eric, reassured me that they could get it repaired the following evening (it was closing time when I called). I was on pins and needles for 24 hours, afraid it would snap and I would be stranded on the side of the road at any moment - but that following evening, Eric got the belt ordered and replaced in less than an hour. He also changed out the headlight, which the guy at the other Jiffy Lube could not reach. I can't tell you how relieved I am to be all fixed and everything was taken care so quickly, and for much less than what the dealership would charge! I am very grateful to Eric and his staff, for the great customer service! I am also relieved to know now that that do all kinds of services and not just oil changes. Great customer service is rare & so is affordability - these days - so I am very happy to now have a shop nearby that I can go to for future oil changes and issues with my car!

My car was making some strange noises so I needed to check my oil level. The staff was super nice and helpful even at the end of a long day. They topped off my oil and saved me a bunch of time and a trip to the dealership tomorrow. Would definitely go again for car maintenance needs.

These guys absolutely need a raise!! They were so nice, thoroughly explained everything, no uncomfortable high pressure sales thank god but great recommendations. Service was quick, they even vacuumed my floors which were TERRIBLE. I felt so bad brining in a dirty car. Definitely absolutely will be coming back. Thank you so much for your hard work!!
