Oil change was quick and easy. I asked for a brake fluid flush and they check all my fluids and told me I did not need it.

They were quick, affective, and on top of things!

I needed my vehicles moved. Pulled in Sunday and they bumped on it and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Excellent and professional service.

Needed to get the car DMV registration renewed and went here for the DEQ Too Certification. The whole process was quick and easy. Sergio got me in and out within 5 minutes — no fuss, no muss, and no appointment needed. Give them a try!

I had a very good experience here! We had a transmission over heat and they did double flush and double fluid changes on my transmission.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Even with a consistent line they were working steadily and ensured that they didn't miss even a lights check for each customer. Got tires rotation and oil change.

The staff at the LO location are anlways anble minded and eager to help! They have done a good job for me today, as always. I appreciate the list of services I can have done at Jiffy Lube Thank you!

I really appreciate that we’re back to a quick jiffy lube oil change with no pressure for more! I used to avoid going to Jiffy Lube because the experience involved way too many offers to upsell or explanations about how I should consider doing this or that with them. All I wanted was a quick and easy in and easy out oil change so it used to be a really big turn off to think of facing that onslaught. What a relief to pull up, say I wanted a signature oil change and be gone within 15 minutes when that’s why I was there!

Went early last Saturday morning to get my oil changed. Took less than 20 minutes, also got my tires and fluids checked at the same time. A great shop, the manager has renewed my faith in jiffy lube. I'll definitely be back.

I chose this location due to the reviews. The team weee all professional, gentle in proposing an additional service am checked my tire pressure. It was efficient but also just four very nice guys taking care of me.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Alex and Sergio at this location provided excellent service. No upselling, but they definitely made the case for things that were necessary. I’d use this location again without hesitation! Also, Google Jiffy Lube Coupons Lake Oswego. That saved me $25.00!

I visited Jiffy Lube for a brake fluid change, as Accurate Auto of Lake Oswego recommended it. Zack quickly checked under the hood and informed me that my brake fluid didn’t actually need to be changed yet. He offered to do so if I wanted but reassured me that I could safely drive for another 4-5 months without any issues. It’s rare to find a company, especially in the auto service industry, that prioritizes honesty and customer service with its clients. Unfortunately most businesses tend to push clients into purchasing unnecessary goods and services. I chose not to change my brake fluid that day, but I will definitely return to Jiffy Lube in a few months and for all my future service needs. This is how a company should do business. Be honest with clients, so they continue to return in the future.

These guys absolutely need a raise!! They were so nice, thoroughly explained everything, no uncomfortable high pressure sales thank god but great recommendations. Service was quick, they even vacuumed my floors which were TERRIBLE. I felt so bad brining in a dirty car. Definitely absolutely will be coming back. Thank you so much for your hard work!!
