They were too notch. Replaced the low beams on my car, apparently the high beams were too much to get to. I don't use those much anyway. Changed my oil, checked everything else. Great crew.

I have used this location for years for oil changes, etc., and they have always done an amazing job. Went in to get my brakes done, and this crew went above and beyond on this job. It was outside the scope of their usual work, but they took amazing care of me and my vehicle, with some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Heroic repair! Radiator hose connecting engine to the heater failed on a Saturday morning. Called Jiffy Lube on Coburg Road across from Trader Joe’s, no appointment necessary, just bring it in. Zak sourced a replacement and had it fixed in under an hour for $100, including the $30 part, labor and replacement fluid. Fabulous! He says they can fix almost anything, so Jiffy Lube on Coburg Road is my new repair shop!

Amazing service! Called about getting my battery cleaned and possibly replaced only 30 minutes before close and Zac the assistant manager was a great help! Not only did he test my car battery but he was able to do clean the corrosion off so quickly!

Never been to a quick oil change place until today. I went to Valvoline instant oil change in Springfield to have a transmission service done. I didn’t know that they didn’t actually drop the pan and change the filter, they just hook up a machine and flush the fluid. I was not happy with that. Or their service they were fighting between each other no one checked me in even though I was next up, this guy was writing up everyone else except me. When I pulled in they started to change my oil I’m like hold up! I’m here for a transmission service. Then the boss got mad at the crew who had no idea what was going on. I left and came here, dang what a change in the whole process. People who knew what they were talking about, I was told about old service records from before the car was mine. Great service had a coupon just a good all around experience.

What I like about Jiffy Lube is that you don’t need an appointment! This was the best. You don’t get out of your car and it’s super easy peasy. The guys were great. Great Team! Thank you everybody! I’ll be back

Absolutely outstanding service! I had an appointment to get a new alternator and was early so I left. On my way back, my car died 2 miles away from. Jiffy Lube. I called them and they came to jump me, and followed me back. Then there was issues putting in the new alternator because of how the car is designed which ended up taking over an hour more than expected. They went above and beyond. The entire team was professional and had excellent customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Jiffy Lube on Coburg Road!!!
