I always love the experience at Jiffy Lube! The guys are always so kind and positive! There was even a girl today and she just added to the whole thing ?? They can lube me up anytime ??

Never been to a quick oil change place until today. I went to Valvoline instant oil change in Springfield to have a transmission service done. I didn’t know that they didn’t actually drop the pan and change the filter, they just hook up a machine and flush the fluid. I was not happy with that. Or their service they were fighting between each other no one checked me in even though I was next up, this guy was writing up everyone else except me. When I pulled in they started to change my oil I’m like hold up! I’m here for a transmission service. Then the boss got mad at the crew who had no idea what was going on. I left and came here, dang what a change in the whole process. People who knew what they were talking about, I was told about old service records from before the car was mine. Great service had a coupon just a good all around experience.

What I like about Jiffy Lube is that you don’t need an appointment! This was the best. You don’t get out of your car and it’s super easy peasy. The guys were great. Great Team! Thank you everybody! I’ll be back

Absolutely outstanding service! I had an appointment to get a new alternator and was early so I left. On my way back, my car died 2 miles away from. Jiffy Lube. I called them and they came to jump me, and followed me back. Then there was issues putting in the new alternator because of how the car is designed which ended up taking over an hour more than expected. They went above and beyond. The entire team was professional and had excellent customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Jiffy Lube on Coburg Road!!!

Super quick and very helpful. I will be back next payday to get more work done. Give the employees a raise they were amazing.

The guys working on my car were professional and knowledgeable. They let me know some things that were going to need serviced soon and the coupon for $25 off my oil change was a saving grace. Especially these days. Thank you for the great care and putting out those coupons. I will keep coming to Jiffy Lube over going to my dealership! I like the convenience of the services you guys offer there

Fast efficient and knowledgeable. My fault for not asking in advance price for cabin air filter I usually replace them myself $40 was too high for a 5 minute job including filter.

The crew at my Coburg Rd location is great! I trust them not to forget to replace the oil pan plug like happened at a different company! This crew has been working together for several years and have a great symbiosis.

This crew is the best! I feel so safe and comfortable bringing my car here. They are polite, efficient, educational (explaining my car’s needs), and looking out for customers’ interests (if I convey a budgetary restriction, they suggest which services are necessary, and which can wait). Their compassion is tangible, as is their team spirit. I think their camaraderie has the effect of quality service. I’m a regular, obviously. Thanks Coburg jiffy lube!

Zac the assistant manager is a good dude. The battery terminals on my car were completely rusted away and were causing connection problems. I went to goodyear downtown Eugene and they quoted me almost $300 dollars to replace my terminals. When I told them I would rather do it myself, they then pulled my car out of the garage and when I got there it obviously wouldn't turn on. When I got out and popped the hood to try and reset the connection, I looked up and the techs are sitting in the garage laughing at me with no other cars in the garage. That's when I went to Jiffy Lube and talked to Zac. He helped me and only charged me $100, so I left a pretty good tip and said thank you, as any good customer should do when they are treated right. Moral of my story DONT GO TO GOODYEAR, GO TO JIFFYLUBE. I understand Jiffy Lube can't do everything but they aren't a scam like all of these other shops. Thank you Zac

Quick efficient, did not try to oversell. What I especially like about jiffy lube is that they do free oil top offs as long as you're within the milage range until next oil change. This will save me a few bucks! I'm pretty sure this was about $15 more than the last oil change I got at a different place in Eugene for full synthetic oil, but cant complain I don't believe thats a factor of the business maybe more so the economy.

I never write reviews but felt I had to after my experience here. This was the first auto place I’ve been to where I’ve been quoted fairly and felt very welcome and taken care of. Josh went above and beyond to help me replace all of my breaks as did the rest of the staff. As a woman who has always been made to feel out of place at so many other auto shops, I’ve finally found one that will be my go-to moving forward.

Fast, friendly service. I was kept informed every step of the way. I am visiting family in Eugene that recommended them to me.

I come in periodically for services on my work truck and it’s always a great experience. Kat does a very thorough job (she uses a stool to reach everything under my hood ??). I had a good chat today with the manager about our kids while waiting for a part and he was very kind, checking in regarding wait times and making sure I was being communicated with. Thanks for the help and hard work guys ??

Came in for a transmission fluid exchange with my fiance, the whole staff was very awesome. Josh was a super cool and helpful dude. Thanks guys!
