Fast friendly service

These guys are phenomenal. Went in for windshield wiper replacement and oil change. They had me in and out in about 30mins.Mark and Justin have amazing customer service, and made me feel so welcome. They also didn’t upsell me on any items that didn’t need to be completed and were able to provide me estimates for work that may need to be done in the future. Highly recommend these guys, i’ll definitely be back!

Really great experience, Brandon and Mark took good care of my Kia Soul, explaining everything well and keeping costs down as much as possible. Their kindness and professionalism was lovely.

Great place to have the oil changed on our motor home.

Appreciate the efficiency and attention to detail. Store manger was informed, involved and entire crew is professional and very friendly. Manager spotted tire wear, pointed it out to me. As I was leaving, Justin told me they do a lot more than just oil. Because of this crew, I'll be getting tires here shortly and possibly the brakes serviced as well.

They replaced my radiator in a very timely manner . Thank you very much.

I had a wonderful experience with this jiffy lube in Eugene! These guys were quick, efficient and just good hardworking people. Justin was amazing with guiding us through the whole process as Brandon did the car inspection and changed our oil in under 30 minutes!

Absolutely the best oil change place I’ve ever been to. It felt like went back 50 years to when companies actually cared about service. Attentive, detailed, friendly. Brandon and Ken went over the top to correct mistakes that another Jiffy Lube outfit made in a simple oil change. Can’t recommend them enough.

The staff is kind and professional, not pushy but very thorough. Had a good conversation about my car and future services, talked with several techs and everyone was knowledgeable and on their game! We have always been happy with the customer service, prices and overall experience, we'll definitely be back.

These people are top notch,they will go the Xtra mile to serve you,sometime you may have to wait,but not for long,they do a super good job when working on your vehicles. I had my CVC joint replaced, break pads, rotors, ect. so they are not just for lubing your auto.They will make sure your happy, and the prices are extreamly reasonable. Very Happy customer! I had a great experience at jiffy lube today, highly recommended.

Justin is the best guy for the inspection, he gave me a tip to extend the life of my wiper blades. Whoever was underneath me didnt make my car explode. Can't ask for much more. Solid shop. If I hear about Justin getting fired, I'll go to whatever shop he goes to. I dont even know the guy.
