Great people.

Just had my oil changed here and the 3 gentlemen, Cody, Nathan & Devlin were so nice and friendly. Ready to help and seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them!

Professional and efficient, this location has always been a great community service in mid-town Tulsa. The manager, Ms. Eaton is awesome and the staff are very kind.

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for probably over a decade. The few times I had to get my oil changed elsewhere I hated it. The staff here (especially Goose!) are exceptional. They're fast, they're friendly, they're trustworthy, and they've made a loyal customer out of me.

Jiffy lube on Harvard has the best service that I have ever received as all of the employees treat you with respect, kindness and are very professional and forever provide you with drinks and popcorn and always so welcoming The whole team!! I feel very good about the service I received at this location. I felt like they were looking out for me with the price of services, they accepted the coupon I received in the mail without issue, double checked the work before I left, and I am pleased with my experience.

I got my first oil change with them this morning and I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube. Everyone was super kind, welcoming, and respectful from the moment I walked in. They got everything done quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to pressure me into buying extra services or upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s hard to find honest places like that nowadays. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks guys!??

This is the best place for oil change in Tulsa, hands down. Harvard location next to Braums. Rebecca, the customer service, and the team members are tops and they always take care of you. I highly recommend this location to everyone I know.

I had a very high quality customer service experience at this Jiffy Lube! The woman who took care of me was excellent at her job. I will be back!

On 4/16/26 I had gone to my dealership for an oil change and other service work. When I left, I noticed they didn't change the oil sticker, which made me wonder if they actually changed the oil. I popped the hood and noticed they hadn't topped off the fluids which is included in the price. I swung by this Jiffy Lube location to see if they would verify if the oil had been changed, and the Manager took the time to do this for me. He said the oil had been changed but the dealership hadn't topped off the fluids or checked my tires, and he knew this because the "tire pressures were all over the place." The only reason I went to my dealership for the oil change is because I received notification that I had a recall that needed to be fixed. I LOVE Jiffy Lube. They always do a check after the oil change so you can see what they've done, but it's also a quality check for them to ensure they don't forget anything. I've never been to another dealership that does this. I will no longer take the risk of getting my oil changed anywhere else but Jiffy Lube.

Brought our classic 1994 Chevy G20 conversion van in for an oil change. We received amazing customer service! They did a wonderful job and were very kind and friendly! A very pleasant experience overall! We will be coming here from now on!

I messed up, accidentally put brake fluid in power steering. From what I read when I realized this, it could completely destroy my whole steering system. I took my Durango to jiffy lube only a few people there ahead of me, and they still had me out, I think in less than an hour. Everything's working perfect now. They cleaned it up and they put new proper fluid in for me. It's been around a month, maybe more....everything working perfectly! Thanks Jiffy Lube for helping/saving me!
