Veterans were being given free oil change services. Love this!

The professionalism was through the roof! They didn’t have my wiper or a light to change which makes me have to endure another place but I was super impressed with how I was treated and how quickly they performed the services on my vehicle. I definitely have made a home here and invite everyone else to check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Wish I would’ve taken photos.

I had a really good experience at the Jiffy Lube on South Peoria. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was exceptional.

The service I experienced at jiffy lube there on Peoria, was as good as any that I have experienced anywhere. As a manager and a trainer of managers, I am especially acutely aware of management and customer service techniques. That young woman that is the general manager there, is top of the line in terms of her ability to satisfy her customers and make you feel at home and it is about what's going on with your vehicle. She is an absolute credit to your organization and I will return time after time as long as she is there.

Quick and painless

Jiffy Lube on Peoria got me in and out fast with no pressure or weird upsells. They showed me my gross air filter but didn’t guilt me for waiting on it. Fair pricing, friendly crew, not a bad way to spend ten minutes.

The MGR was very helpful in letting me know everything that I need to do with my new vehicle services when time comes. She also gave me my coupons discount. And also, for my waiting time offered me a free refreshment.

Great experience. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Peoria location is always clean, and they greet you right away and make you feel at home. There is no pressure to buy anything you do not need. They go over all details before any purchase is made. When your vehicle is ready, they still walk you through everything they serviced that day. Great place! Will recommend and return.

Excellent service and hospitality

My car was overheating. I stopped in because I thought I had a coolant leak. Turns out my fans weren’t running. The mechanic diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, got it installed and had me back on the road before any shops nearby could have even looked at it. But the five star experience was made by the mechanics down-to-earth attitude and people skills.

Everything was great from start to finish

Chad and Brittany rock. Professional on top of their job. Got me in and out! Great service. They double checked everything had me turn on my car checked my lights made sure my oil pressure was up. Offered to check my tires. Great customer service at a little bit before 8 AM on a Saturday morning helped out a busy gal. Thank you guys so much! Jiffy lube Tulsa Hills is where I always come to get my oil changed

Got great service at this location (Peoria). I was impressed by the fact that they actually used a torque wrench on all of my lug nuts. Nobody does that anymore but they should. I'll definitely make this my store.

Good first experience and very friendly staff.

My wife and I were running late to an event and needed our headlight out and came across a mechanic called Turbo. This guy replaced our headlight within 10 Minutes and was as professional as they get thank you “Turbo” for your professionalism and dedication. We definitely will be coming back again.
