They do a great job servicing my BMW and I am going to continue being a customer. My highest recommendation.

Maintenance light came on shortly after leaving on a trip. Stopped just after opening and CJ took care of us. No high pressure up sales, fair price.

Went in for an oil change. They dont hassle you into extra services, only suggest and show what may be needed. CJ and Ben were great

Benjamin was a nice guy who calmed me down when I got frustrated over the situation, Jacob was respectful and didn't try to get me to buy something I couldn't afford, Michael (Mickey) who checked me out was very nice, but Tyler the manager was disrespectful and rude, he needed a attitude change. I give Tyler a 1 star due to his attitude. Everyone else got 5 starrs.

Greg and Anthony went above and beyond in customer service. I went in for an oil change in mid Sept and they not only took care of the oil change in no time, they informed me about the wear of my tires without pressure sales. The price quoted for a set of 4 was highly competitive, as I am learning now, since I am finally able to shop for new tires.

Greg and the guys were a huge help and got me in and out within 30min. They did great work, and deserve the praise.

I was able to get a coupon that cut my cost in half, they were short handed and ey me know it could be an hr or so, however I was out in 45 minutes and even the manager or supervisor was pushing abd getting people out, overall, great work, faster than anticipated, great cost and great overall.

Using a fleet card can be frustrating, but not at Jiffy Lube. I stopped in on a very busy Saturday and was surprised by the helpful, friendly service provided. Saw a testy customer get rude and be treated with more grace than I could have mustered. Staff worked quickly and even vacuumed my car as a courtesy. The waiting room was made comfortable with free coffee, water, and snacks. Great customer service. I will be back.

They're always very friendly and educated on what they're doing. Good clear communication and understanding. They always get me right in and out. Fast and I love that!
