Have been coming to Jiffy Lube for a couple of years, and always get great service.

I recently visited the Jiffy Lube on Alameda Street and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to Mr. Ou. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain what my car needed without any high-pressure sales tactics, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service that is both genuinely friendly and highly competent, but Mr. Ou nails it. My car was serviced quickly, and I left feeling confident in the work done. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future maintenance. Highly recommend asking for Mr. Ou if you want honest, top-tier service!

Fast, friendly, and effective! Made an unplanned detour to this Jiffy Lube on a roadtrip when our AC stopped blowing cold air. Mr. OU greeted us with a friendliness that’s rare these days. The tech recommended a service that had us back on the road with cool air again. It was a pleasant experience all around.

From start to finish the services I received nothing short of sincere, enthusiastic, and transparent service. The staff were thorough, communicated well and completed the services in a timely manner. I highly recommend this specific location due to the team and their welcoming and "can do" attitudes.

Outstanding service at Jiffy Lube on Alameda!! I highly recommend them for a fast oil change but they were great to do a much needed brake job!! Very impressed with all the work they did for us!!
