Had a little trouble with my oil plug getting warped and I was left stranded. Called amd the manager Terry came to my house, checked everything out on my car, and got everything back in running order. Definitely went above and beyond and I truly appreciate the service I get every time I go to this shop. Thank you Terry!

Super fast Clean

Jiffy Lube is a great company - I’ve never had a bad experience at any of them, but I will tell you this location is truly special. Everyone who is on staff there is friendly and professional - this last visit I got a quote on some non- engine related issues (struts, shocks) and the gentleman who gave me the quote went above and beyond with explaining what was going on, doing a quick test drive, everything. Never have been there more than about 30 minutes and great, quality work every time for truly affordable prices. 10/10 definitely my go to place in town.

This jiffy lube is definitely the best I've ever been to. The mechanics and clerks were friendly, clear, and concise on what I wanted done. Not only did they take care of my oil change they went above and beyond by vacuuming my floors, taking care of my tire pressure, topping off fluids, and giving me a full detailed report of what I needed done to keep my vehicle running well with no pressure. 11/10 this place is going to be my go to from now on whenever I need work done to my vehicle.

This Jiffy Lube (Collinsville, OK) location is the best. They are very professional, their shop and waiting room are very clean; they provide free bottled water, popcorn and phone charging services while you wait. They show you the dip stick to verify the new oil level, check fluids, wipers, tire pressure, and reset your oil monitor. Even vacuum the floors. I felt my vehicle was in good hands here.

I just visited the Tommy‘s car wash next to Jiffy Lube. And wanted to get my Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 oil checked really quick Just to make sure the level is ok After a recent Texas trip. Terry approached kindly And I popped my hood. We quickly realized there’s no dipstick he used his valuable time To not only do research on how to check the engine level, but he told me how to properly do it myself for future reference ( Something I should have already known) The entire experience felt like I was in genuinely great hands. He refused a tip lol but I truly appreciate his time and the overall experience I will most definitely be back. Thank you :)

Brought in my car for a free oil change on Veterans Day and they did a great job. My Apple Pay didn’t work for some extra add ons I wanted. They told me not to worry about it and took care of me. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I've been to this place twice so far and have had no issues whatsoever! The staff are friendly and straightforward with you. Plus they even vacuumed out the driver's side footwell when I didn't even ask! I think this location definitely defies the stigma associated with this company. Give them a chance!

I would recommend this Jiffy Lube as being very efficient. My oil was changed within 20 min and all employees were so hospitable. The lobby was so clean and refreshments while you wait.
