?????????? I had such a positive experience at Jiffy Lube! The service was incredibly fast, the facility was clean, and everyone was friendly and professional. I especially want to recognize a technician named NICKOLAS. He noticed my nurse practitioner badge in my car and came over to speak with me. He spent several minutes telling me how much he appreciates nurse practitioners and nurses and how he believes we are truly the heart of the healthcare system. He shared that his father had suffered while on a ventilator and that the experience gave him a tremendous appreciation for the nurses and medical professionals who care for patients and their families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. His sincerity and kindness genuinely touched me. NICKOLAS gave me 25% off and encouraged me to send my fellow nurses, first responders, and other medical professionals to this location so they could also receive 25% off. It wasn’t just about the discount—it was the fact that he took the time to personally acknowledge my profession and express his gratitude. You don’t encounter that kind of genuine appreciation every day. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. The entire experience was quick, clean, easy, and pleasant, but NICKOLAS truly made it exceptional. Please make sure he receives recognition for providing outstanding customer service and for making healthcare professionals feel so valued!

Felicia and her team were terrific. I had a tire losing air and she explained all the possible things it could be and gave me all of the pricing upfront. She also explained how much air I should be filling up my tires with. The waiting area was super clean and she offered me water. Everyone was kind and helpful and Felicia deserves a raise!

I’ve always had a great experience here! Today I stopped by with a tire losing pressure, they found the leak but were unable to repair it. Felicia called an old coworker who worked at a near by tire shop, who even on his day off called his job and found out the tire I needed was in stock and had them hold it! I work crazy hours and needed it repaired or replaced today. They are a top notch shop for sure and I appreciate them!

Felicia is the best!!! Got an oil change and said my battery was bad when I just got it not even a year ago. Helped make sure I got a new battery from the place I got it. She really goes above and beyond! Thank you so so much! :)

First time experience! The convenience of just being able to pull in and get it done right away with knowledgeable staff. It is so nice because getting an oil change is something I would dread it’s also very convenient to know that they do brakes tires and rotations as well. Felicia was super helpful and friendly, and I will definitely be back!

Great service! Fixed my air conditioning, fast and friendly! Just pulled in, was done in 30 minutes. I didn't have to leave it overnight. I'm very pleased, I will be taking my truck to them tomorrow! Went back to Jiffy Lube about a month after they fixed my AC. This time for an oil change. Great service again. They have excellent staff at the Wadsworth location.
