Quick and professional! Advised a couple of things but no sales pitch or being pushy!

I was just passing through that area and remembered I needed an oil change. They were very professional and did a great job serving us I definitely would come back if I lived in that area.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change. The technicians were friendly, quick and efficient, topping off all fluids and checking tire pressure along with the oil change, even though the weather was miserably hot. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need or want. Excellent service. And the 25% veterans discount was nice as well. I'm not going anywhere else but here for oil changes. Highly recommend.

We broke down right around the corner from this location and the mechanics stayed behind after close to help us diagnose our problem. We were able to get the parts we needed and leave it overnight. They called at 9am the next morning with a quote and it was ready to pick up that same afternoon. Really great service and so kind of them to go out of their way. Thank you!

Desperately needed an oil change. This location was right around the corner from where I work. I pulled up and was taken care of right away. The gentleman helping me was very kind and they were quick and efficient.

Great customer service! They were out of the synthetic blend that I normally get, so gave us the synthetic at the price of the blend. They didn't have to do that, but we greatly appreciate it! Very friendly staff. We'll be back!

Came here to get an oil change for the first time and will be coming here every time now for all my car needs. The mechanics were on top of everything, got me out of there in less than 20 min and were transparent throughout the whole process - updating and explaining every step of the way. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

First time here and I wanted a reliable spot nearby for oil changes/routine maintenance and this Jiffy will be it. The staff were honest, not too salesy, and worked quickly. Brenn at this location was fantastic! I’ll definitely be recommending this place to people.

Great location, and I've been to a few. Fully staffed, knowledgeable staff (I had them all to myself at 3:30pm on a weekday, so that is a good time to show up I guess. They all worked together and did a thorough and complete job, no unnecessary upsells at all. I will likely go out if my way yo revisit this location in the future, despite being from Cincinnati. Also it was clean and spacious inside, free bottled water and a Keurig.
