They changed my oil super quick, gave me a thingy to clean out my fuel system. Absolute legends at this jiffy lube I'll tell you what! Always courteous, professional, and efficient. Big shout out to the whole crew there today, Curtis (legend), Dameon (legend), and Ameer (legend). Always leave smiling and happy.

From beginning to end the Jiffy Lube employees did a fantastic job. The Asst. Manager, Maurice provided outstanding customer service and very professional. The two other employees Jesse and Ameer were just as friendly and professional. From now on I will be coming here for oil changes just because those guys made it so easy. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy extra products—just honest, straightforward service. They were extra thorough and safety-focused: filled my tires, checked all my lights, showed me the oil level, and made sure I was getting the correct oil for my vehicle. Overall, excellent service and a great team. I’ll definitely be back!

Great professional and courteous team of workers I encountered today at the Diamond Center Mentor location of Jiffy Lube .Curtis P. , Jessie J , and Ameer W. Were the team that worked on my oil change ( I was able to find their names on my bill ) my memory isn't that sharp . Lol . I'll be back in the future, thanks guys for a great job .
