Best service I've ever had.

This was my second visit for service at the Mason Jiffy Lube location with my GMC Terrain. Fortunately for me, when I arrived for an oil change the location was not busy. The gentlemen as always welcomed me with a positive and professional attitude. Ben was kind enough to offer me a cold bottle of water while his team began working on my vehicle. While waiting I witnessed great collaboration amongst the team. Each with specific roles carried out intentionally. Nate not only changed out my rear passenger brake light bulb, he noticed that the unit housing the bulb might need replaced as it was retaining water likely from the recent record setting rains. I took his advice and ordered a new replacement housing while getting the vehicle worked on. This crew reminded of a visit earlier in the day to Chic-fil-A. The two experiences of excellent customer service reminded of why I have loved wilorking in retail for over 30 years. Simple acts of courtesy and professionalism can make a person's day. Solid 5 Stars to Ben, Nate and Team. I will be back and the word is out about this Jiffy Lube Location All The Best!

This was my first time at this new location. As someone who has worked in retail my whole I pay attention to customer service where ever I go. So I knew I just had to tell everyone what a great experience I had at Jiffy Lube in Mason Ohio. When I pulled up I immediately got in to the bay, no wait. The young man was extremely pleasant that waited on me. The oil change was quick and the manager I believe even came over to check on me and the service and offered me a water. What a nice added bonus. THEN I even got to meet the district manager who also wanted to know how the service was. I also saw that all of the workers and the managers seemed to be having a good time and it was just very nice to see that. So great job Jiffy lube. I will come there from now on! Thank you again!

Team gets a 100/100 rating!! Cameron, Ben, Mike and Todd went above and beyond taking care of my truck and all my needs. They were very helpful and polite, making my experience very pleasant and quick! I highly recommend it.

Employees were extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone I spoke to was great. I needed an oil change…I was given $20.00 off for being a new customer, which was quite helpful. I didn’t realize how expensive it is/was to get an oil change . I think it was too high a price to pay. Other than this I had excellent service - I know employees are not responsible for the pricing. If I can find good coupons, I will be back.

Oil ,air cabin filter replacement

These guys have been absolutely amazing to my wife and I. We’ve had a series of tire troubles with our car and they’ve been nothing but helpful and put in the utmost effort into everything. Some names I’d like to call out are Ben, Gavin, and Nate. I can’t remember the others, but if those fellas are here, you’re in good hands!

They were very quick and thorough. They were also so friendly and kept me updated while I was waiting.

My daughter and I took her car out for a much needed oil change. It was our first time at Jiffy Lube. Ben was our service technician, and he was great! Very informative, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning when it's time for our next oil change (and tire rotation).

Stopped by to get prices to have my brakes changed. Price was great and the guys working were even better. It was a Saturday around 2pm and brakes and oil change was done by 4pm. Would have been done sooner but the special brakes I have had to be ordered. Can’t say enough how good the guys were that were working though. Honest and upfront about everything. Never felt pressured or like they were trying to dupe me or upsell anything to me.

Quick and easy

I brought my 97 ford in. They were extremely helpful, friendly and hard working. Greg was amazing. Never been a fan of auto repair chains but this definitely is one to try and keep coming to. Amazing staff!

The team was great and informed me what they were doing. The oil change, tire rotation took less than 15 minutes.

Great place to get service

I was very pleased with the service at the Mason Jiffy Lube. Joel was great with helpful information about my vehicle and services needed. There wasn't high pressure to get multiple services. Very nice roomy lobby while you wait. Would use them again.

Everyone here was so helpful and respectful! I had a bad experience at a jiffy lube under another franchise in a different state and they guys at the Mason location completely made it right and helped me so much. So appreciative of their help!

I was taken in for my oil change within 10 minutes of arriving. Every one who took care of me was amazing and super friendly! It’s obvious that everyone there lives their job! Because you can’t fake that kind of friendliness!! THAT is what always brings me back to Jiffy Lube!
