Great experience all around

I really enjoyed my experience at Jiffy Lube. I didn't need to make an appointment for an oil change, and I waited less than 15 minutes while they finished helping another customer and started working on my car. The service was fast and reasonably priced. I also appreciated their honesty because they didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need. Everyone was very friendly and professional throughout my visit. I highly recommend them.

I went for an oil change with a Groupon that I purchased. Was told they no longer took Groupons but the person that helped me went above and beyond. I appreciate it and will definitely return

I didn’t get any service. I only had a question. The reason why I’m giving five stars is because the young man was so kind so nice so polite he made my day. I can’t remember the young man’s name But he was a short, white young guy and very, very polite as a grieving only child he made my day

Its a breath of fresh air knowing there's still mechanics that take care of their customers. Brian, Colt, and Brandon were incredibly helpful and friendly. Truly took the upmost care of us. Definitely will be coming back.

While at Jiffy Lube, I received an oil change and a tire rotation, and they assisted me in adding a particular oil additive that I wanted to put in my car. Everyone at the facility was very courteous and helpful. Special note I haven’t been to Jiffy Lube in several years, because during the Covid shut down, I was going to Jiffy Lube on a regular basis, but, during the shut down one of the Los Angeles locations would not allow me to use their restroom because of Covid. I thought this very odd at the time because they were willing to stand next to me while I’m in my car, but somehow me using the restroom was unsafe. I relayed this story to the Woman who handle my transaction, and she said she was very surprised because she did not recall that being an Issue at this Jiffy Lube during the shutdown.

I showed up on a Saturday without a appointment and they did my oil change in less than 10 minutes. Colt and Bj we’re super friendly and knowledgeable about what my car needed. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of them!

I called and asked if they sold little 1 quart bottles due to my car being low due to a current Valve and tube seal gasket leak. I was told to come in and they’d just top my car off with oil and that’s exactly what they did they came in clutch I definitely recommend this place the gentleman was super kind!!

Came in for an oil change, but my brakes needed changed. Getting service done took much longer than expected however, they gave me a discount on my oil change, a discount for my next oil change, and covered the cost of a small lug nut, which was apparently damaged at another facility. They even stayed late, past close for 30 minutes to make sure everything was done correctly and safe to drive. Just overall amazed at the excellent customer service. Wasn’t even mad about the wait time, but going above and beyond for me made this a top tier experience. They even showed me all the issues so I knew exactly what they were talking about in regards to needed repairs.

Got right in and out. Wish they posted "out the door price, $84 advertise is $112 with the extra fees/taxes.

When I called first Cody assured me that they could beat the prices of others, and then when I got to the location he went above and beyond to help me with other questions I had. I actually wound up spending even less then I originally thought from the phone call! The service is amazing and I can tell they truly care there. I refuse to go anywhere else now!

I will definitely keep going back! Brandon and Colt were awesome! They were efficient, nice, didn't talk down to me like I was a woman that didn't know anythg, explained some items they saw that I need to think about. They didn't try and pressure me into buying anythg I didn't need. The things Colt told me abt, I already knew abt so he wasn't just telling me abt something I didn't need. This one of the better Jiffy Lubes that I have ever visited. Great service and super friendly staff. Our service was conducted in professional manner by qualified technicians.
