I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. The customer service was exceptional. They took the time to explain everything to me, never tried to oversell me on anything, and were fast and efficient.

They were fast and told me important info about my car.

Went in for a routine oil change. Fast service and great communication throughout the process. Professional staff that was good at their job. It was refreshing to see people that was happy while doing their job.

I even had a $25.00 off coupon and it was still almost $100.00. Boy we sure pay for the convenience of time.

Technician was professional. Completed my service very quickly.

2 days in a row 2 different oil changes on different vehicles. Both serviced were great.

Only thing that was not done was fill the tires. But very professional and timely.

I usually change my oil myself. I injured my back, so I decided to try Jiffy lube in Eaton! They were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so nice right off the bat! Very personable , informative and professional! They checked tire pressures, cabin filter, head lights, brake lights , turn signals, all fluids , even added washer fluid! I was really impressed!! It didn’t take long at all!! Now, I take all 3 of my vehicles there!! Thank you!!!

Honestly, I ended up at this location because of convenience. But because of the friendly staff and the service I receive, this is now my new service go-to.

The staff at the Eaton Jiffy Lube are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, explain their process of checking everything during their service, and make suggestions for your cars needs. The pricing is fair, and they are quick at the service!

Me and my boyfriend’s car was working really weird. There was a loud constant sound as well as a random squeaking we heard today. We pulled in and they immediately took us in and took off our rusted heat shield that was causing the loud sound. They listened to us, and Travis helped us out as soon as we pulled into their lot. Genuinely the nicest group of people I’ve ever met, and fixed our problems immediately. Our car has NEVER sounded better than after visiting them!

Very pleasant, honest, and quick. I drive from Dayton just to go to this Jiffy Lube and I have one 10 minutes away.

Our local jiffy Lube Family is wonderful! They always there to help us and ask us how our day is. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and explain everything in detail.

The team members were very pleasant. Everything was explained well. They apologized for my long wait, but did not cut my service short to speed things up. Everything was explained. I will use this location again.
