I normally visit the Morse Road location, but decided to try the Dublin Granville Road location. I'm VERY glad that I did. Benny took amazing care of me, explained options clearly, and didn't try and scare me into extras. I will be back next week to have my brakes replaced there. There are less expensive places, but I feel confident with Benny and this crew. A++

My engine light was on and needed a quick oil change. I was apprehensive because reviews were only 2 1/2 stars. But the two gentleman at this location were very helpful and friendly. First time I was able to stay in the car to get service done also.

????? I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today for my oil change! I was assisted by Matthew and Zach, and they both did an excellent job. Matthew was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Zach appeared to be training Matthew, but he was also very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He was there whenever Matthew needed guidance, and together they worked seamlessly as a team. What I appreciated most was how informative they both were throughout the entire visit. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and had me in and out in no time. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and these two definitely delivered. Thank you, Matthew and Zach, for making what could have been a routine oil change such a pleasant experience!
