Stopped in for the first time and was not disappointed. All the guys were courteous and professional. Of course they tried to upsell; but thats their job to do so! I wasn't heavily pressured though. You've gained a new customer! See you in 5000 miles!

The people were friendly and very helpful and they were great at telling me everything they were doing and offering me the services that my vehicle needed at the time even though I couldn't afford it I say this location was a great location and I didn't wait to get my car then.

I always come to this location. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 years old, and even my parents used to come here too. This place is truly part of my childhood. No matter how far I move from Columbus, I will always come back to this location because they consistently provide top-tier service. This is one of the few places where you can confidently put your car in their hands and know it’s taken care of the right way. I visited on 2/25/2026, and the crew working that day was absolutely amazing. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. They really go above and beyond every time. Highly recommend! ???
