The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was quick and done well. It’s also nice that a McDonalds is right next door and lets you get a quick bite while work is being done.

They probably saved my life. They were kind quick and honest. I appreciated the service.

Easy. In and out. The crew was efficient. My main complaint was the price. The cost for a full synthetic has gotten out of hand. I’m sure it’s due to factors beyond their control but wow has it gotten expensive. Run more promotions and make them more readily available to help out your customers.

They were very friendly. They did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. So polite and so kind!

It was a good visit. they answered my questions clearly, and while price is high. which seems to be a trend these days. It had actual good tag to match my recommended oil change points in a car. Most places still say 3000 or the dumb ones say 10000. This one had the tag say 5000 for full synthetic. It matches my exact habits of changes. Next time I go there I'll try a transmission flush cause my car needs one.

Well the service was great. The people was friendly and courteous. Especially the lower bay. He removed the excess oil that was left on from another company's mess from oil change.

I hot drawn in by the signs for 50% off oil change. The workers were professional and kind. Even though they suggested some needs my car had they were not pushy. I was glad I stopped.

On January 17 2026 I got an oil change at your Clark Road Sarasota FL location. I had been there few times before. I went to your Bethel road location in Columbus Ohio today to get my oil change . I arrived and told them what I wanted and they began performing their work. After about 10 minutes they told me that the previous oil change tightened the oil filter so tight they could not loosen it. The manager and the team worked for 3 hours to get the old filter off and replace with a new part and filter and finished the services- see below photos as it was stripped and they had to break it to get it off. Clearly the Clark road location put the filter back on and overtightened it . Every employee was great and apologized . I was very impressed how they finished the job and didn’t tell me I needed to go to the Clark road location to get it fixed . The team did say that my next oil change , they will need to replace a part. I will be in Sarasota in January to get an oil change at Clark road location and do not expect to pay for the part and the labor to install. The staff indicated that the Florida location will cover the cost. Again kudos to the extremely knowledgeable staff for helping me out .
