I am a service manager working in the Dayton area. One of my customers called me while travelling in Ciicinnati; she described an unsettling drivability condition that suddenly arose. I advised her to pull over while I located a Jiffy Lube in her proximity. Mark at the Linwood location answered promptly and professionally. He listened patiently as I described my customer's problem. He was quick to offer his assistance and ensured me she would be taken care of. He called me after the customer left his center to explain the safety issue he and his team identified and resolved that could have caused a bigger hazard otherwise. He should be commended for his professionalism, willingness, and superior customer service that he provided without hesitation. Much appreciated!

Excellent service! I needed my transmission fluid/filter changed out. Not only did they do the service $50 cheaper than an estimate I got from a different shop but they spotted a rust hole that formed on the pan that caused a leak and they fixed the leak without me replacing the pan, which saved me another 60-80 dollars.

I never go anywhere else for my oil changes and filters. The men who work here are always so kind and efficient and always looking to offer me some sort of discount if I don't have one.
