I’ve not had great luck with Jiffy Lube several months ago, and decided to never go there again. I HAD to go there this time because I was traveling and that was the closest place to get my oil changed. The guys in this location were amazing! Professional and courteous. Fast and friendly. I wish I had their names; I’d call them out.

My 15 minute oil change took 2 hours, but the staff worked diligently and got me back on the road in better condition than before.

Great bunch of guys very polite and professional i had my 85 year old mother and wife with me they opened the door for her and my wife. We just stopped in for a oil change and tire rotation and wasn't there long. I would definitely go there again for all my oil changes in all my vehicles.

These guys are great. Answered all of my questions and got me in and out super fast. Highly recommend.

The team at Jiffy lube Did a great job they serviced my radiator on my 2018 4Runner and change the oil and rotated the tires. The team was very professional and quick though they did leave some grease handprints near the hood of the car but has to be expected and I did not mind as I just took my car to the car wash as I was planning to anyways The lounge was nice and cool in the full fridge of water was a refreshing side I would recommend this place and would be returning for future business if I lived in the area

Great experience with Gregory that drove from Columbus to Cincy to help cover their staffing. Very detailed and I took his offer for headlight restoration and it saved me the grief of removing bumper to physically replace headlights!

Completed the survey online to make sure they know how great they did and only realized after the fact that my phone autocorrected the name to Dave and it was GABE that was the one that helped us out and was so friendly and professional! My apologies! But….we will be coming back here instead of the place we had been going in the past, they did a great job and got us in and out quickly and were all professional and helpful without being obnoxious or pushy! Definitely recommend!

Gabe was fantastic and SO helpful. I bought a used van in February that needed quite a bit of routine maintenance done. He worked within my budget to make sure to get all necessary work done and explained what could safely wait until my next oil change. He made it a very great experience and I am very pleased with the service he provided today. I would definitely recommend this location & service team!

Gabe and Russell assisted me today! Quick, friendly and professional service. I like that Gabe explained what they were doing. Besides topping off my oil, Gabe changed my right rear brake light! It took 2 bulbs and I think they were expensive! But they are changed now!

Gabriel Pigg always takes the best care of me when I come in there. The guys always act like they remember me & they always take care of me with a smile! Gabe hooked me up on new tires too, but They always do the best job! Gabriel is A1 special and really makes me feel special.
