Thanks to Rich and his buddy, I was able to get my oil changed in less then 20 minutes. I go here quite often for air in my tires; they all know me, very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my day better knowing I have someone who cares about me and my vehicle. See you soon guys.

Richard was great! I've been going here for oil changes for a while, and they always tell me if they see anything wrong with my car and how urgent of a fix it is. Richard saw I got a new car today, and gave me free fuel injector fluid because he knew the car I bought was sitting for a while. He also gave me a $10 off coupon on the oil change! These people know how to treat loyalty, I wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change even if they are a little bit more expensive.

Great service and great people

They were honest - not giving me an oil change that I didn't need. They refilled my wiper fluid for free. Especially with living on the west end now, I'll be returning here versus going to Bridge Street. I don't know what has happened to this area of town. We should give our support and dollars to the businesses that are here.

Went to get an oil change this morning. Was met by Rob, I believe he was a manger, and he was the absolute nicest guy. He informed me that I in fact didn't need a oil change for another 2,000 miles. And in my experience, most other places would have just done the oil change to make their money. But not Rob. He had me pull in and he, and 2 workers, checked all my fluids, topped off what needed topped off and checked all my tires for free. Absolute best service I have received in Chillicothe. If you need an oil change or any service that Jiffy lube provides then you will be in excellent hands. They want to actually help customers and provide great quality service. You can also go on their website and download their coupons. They always have coupons.

Amazing service. Rich worked his magic and was all alone but that didn’t stop him from performing top tier customer service and informing me about maintenance issues with forcing me to buy something! I’ll be back soon

The staff, especially Rich, went above and beyond! I had a piece of metal hanging underneath my car. He couldn’t fix it because metal bolts had broken off but he took pictures of it so I could send to my mechanic. He also duct taped it so it wouldn’t bang against my gas tank which I really appreciated!

Very professional and fast. Almost reminded of a military place. They call out what their doing, what they need, when it's completed. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.
