The entire team is well knowledged and courteous. They were fast. They had me in and out with oil change, rotation, engine air filter and cabin filter change within 20 minutes.

They did a great job on the oil change. They noticed the right, rear brake was worn and were able to replace it in less than hour. Great service!

excellent service, i had to get tires changed and the manager had all ears to understand by needs and daily drive. they recommend good tires at a good price and the whole transaction was stress free

It has been a long time since I got an oil change w here they didn't try to replace the cabin air filter and air cleaner.... they were only a few months old but they didn't know that. They said they looked fine. They did recommend that I replace the rear brakes and gave me a reasonable quote. I have approx 60,000 miles so they are likely due. I am probably going to let them do them with in the next month. Their quote was $275 less than the Jeep dealers lookhip.

I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube or any other quick oil change business in years. After my recent experience at the Centerville location on route 48, I will definitely be going back and taking other family cars. Great experience. Informative but not high pressure. Super Fast!

Excellent service. My car was fixed with everything that needed fixing in a timely manner. They were able to take care of all of my car repairs and the oil change!

Kirk is the Man Great Job

Went for maintenance at almost 6pm (closing time) and they still accommodated me. Needed oil change and they provided the service without telling me to fix other stuff that will cost more money. They’re very professional with 2 people completing the job so I’m sure there’s checks and balances going on and nothing will get miss out. I’m satisfied and will come back for future needs.

I visited the jiffy lube this week may 26, the staff was great. They were professional and courteous, I would totally recommend them and will come back again.

I visited Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, during which their complimentary inspection revealed a faulty oil sensor. The replacement proved challenging due to a stubborn bolt at the back of the engine, which significantly extended the service time. However, the team was incredibly apologetic about the delay. To make things right, they provided a substantial discount on the repair and offered me a future free oil change. This level of customer service is rare, and they have officially earned a lifetime customer. I highly recommend their shop!

I took in my 69 chevelle for an oil change, I used to do it myself but I no longer can crawl underneath. Womp womp. Jiffy, didn't have a filter on hand, they got one, they went out of their way to take care of me

I had a great experience at the Centerville Jiffy Lube. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Upon further inspection my car needed more done. Kirk showed me what was going on and the guys were able to fix it that day. I really appreciate how thorough they were!

Oil change tire rotation were completed. Very friendly crew there and quick, efficient work. They also had a good sense of humor, which I appreciated.

Got my oil change and a new battery, and the customer service was great. Everyone was friendly, quick to help, and made the whole thing really simple. They kept me updated, didn’t make it feel like a hassle, and the prices were totally reasonable. Super quick, smooth visit from start to finish.

Even though we expect for the company to find something wrong with our vehicle; consequently, when the technician gave me the estimate of what it would cost to fix the issue, I compared the pricing to getting the work done myself or getting it done by a dealership they were cheaper.

Stopped in today for an oil change at the Centerville location off of South Main and had an excellent experience. Carter and his crew were incredibly personable and professional. They actually had the specific type of oil we needed in stock, which has been very difficult to find lately! Carter did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process, and most importantly, we didn’t feel pressured into buying extra services or parts we didn't need. I highly recommend this location. Great job to Carter and the rest of the team!

Wonderful team of professionals. Had my brakes serviced and the price was very competitive. The manager was courteous, attentive and professional. The technicians were working confidently in their wheelhouse. Centerville is a well-oiled machine. Keep up the great work!
