The whole crew helped take care of my Subaru and get it ready for fall and winter after we moved from Oklahoma. Everything is now ready to go for the Cleveland weather. Everyone was very friendly, and they got me in and out quickly on a Saturday morning, so I didn't lose half my weekend!

Quick, efficient and extremely friendly and polite service people. Took less than an hour and they had to order the filters. I'll be back.

Definitely the place to go for oil changes! The whole staff is amazing and the managers are very outgoing and willing to help. Will not go anywhere else for my oil changes!

My first time using this place and they didn't disappoint. Excellent service. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the services I received &may need in the future. No wait and was out quickly less than 30 minutes. With a busy work/school schedule no appointments is a must and excellent service is awesome too. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Stopped at Jiffy Lube in Avon. Katherine, Carlos, Nicholas and Curtis did a wonderful job. The customer service was wonderful and got a great price for my 2010 Ford Escape. I will definitely be back.
