I had a good experience at Jiffy’s in West Hempstead! I brought my Honda Accord in for service, and TJ was very welcoming and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciated their patience, professionalism, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great service, just needed an oil change and was in & out in 20 minutes. Front desk person was so bright and charming, totally made the experience stress-free with her smile and quickness. I have been to other JL's and this one has been the best so far based on speed, communication, and quality :D

Been there 4 times now. Same staff!! Good customer service skills. They are fast and efficient. They took my car in at 5:00 PM for an oil change and a radiator flus and refill - and they were done in 45 minutes. My go-to place if I am not using the Lexus dealership itself.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the employee, Grease, who showed me where to pull the car up, to leave the keys in the car, and wait in the waiting area, which was clean & cool. When I pulled the car up, the other employee also greeted me with a smile and kindness and walked me to the waiting area. Grease explained the packages and answered all my questions. The service was fast and effective, and I was walked to my car. Will most definitely be back, and I already recommended this Jiffy Lube location and will continue to. Customer service was exceptional!!!!
