The staff is kind, patient, and does not do a hard upsell. They explained clearly what condition things were in and gave me options for what to do next. Would absolutely recommend this site again!

Manager is great!

The team did a great job with the oil change and checking out a few other things for me. It was time to "clean out the car" and they helped me see what's already been done and what could be done and what should be done. I liked that. The prices were exactly what they said.

Without an appointment I was able to get an oil change completed in about an hour. The customer service was efficient and friendly.

The Jiffy Lube in Webster NY was terrific. They greeted me right away, collected my details and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. The team at this location is very professional!

My experience was fantastic. I waited in the waiting room where I had a cup of coffee and also a water bottle The attendant explained to me what my vehicle needed, and I did not feel pressure to do anything right now. I actually appreciated the fact that he showed me the two filters that needed to be changed I was aware of it, and it was due The service was excellent. I will always return.

Amazing service....after 7 very disappointing interactions at competitive stores for a NYS inspection ....Nileidys met me at my car right away...I waited in room w AC and had complimentary water. Best service ever...If you don't want a run around and you want be treated nicely...go to this location. Other companies did not great me...had me wait for 20 minutes to just tell me they couldn't do it...from nightmare to dream service. Thank you Nileidys and team.

Work on my truck was prompt and properly done with a full service synthetic oil change, readjusting tire pressure and before closing the hood they restarted the truck for a couple of minutes the shut it down and gave it a few minutes to settle and then rechecked the dip stick twice having the supervisor double check his dipstick for proper fill and seeing transparent new oil. They also did a state inspection without a wait. Besides being courteous and professional, they didn't try to persuade me to have unnecessary services. The best part was upon checkout as I was given a disabled veteran discount. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. The double checking was assuring as some competitors have literally not added replacement oil or did not properly install the filter or torque down the drain plug causing engine catastrophes. This extra step could be easily overlooked by many but not here. Thanks to all for treating be well and doing a professional job at the same time.

Outstanding customer service from the store manager, service technician and the cashier.

I went for an oil change- the manager was polite explained the process. The waiting area was cool,water and coffee avail. I liked being able to visually see ny vehicle and technician thru the large window..Additionally the manager reviewed optional additions to the service & checked tires and all fluid levels.

I trust the service members at this location. They provide prompt, professional superior service.

Just got an inspection but they were super helpful and let me know to replace my serpentine belt and change my brake fluid without being too pushy

Inspection same day, they called to go over things and clarify, went well and they got it done! Asked about some potential extra things but were not pushy to do it which I always appreciate.

I initially had a disappointing experience with the Irondequoit Jiffy Lube concerning my vehicle. However, the District Manager, Ryan, reached out to me personally and asked me to bring my SUV to the Webster location. I'm so glad he did.The customer service at the Webster location was exceptional. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and had a great attitude. Although they weren't able to repair the issue in-house, Ryan didn't stop there. He directed me to take my vehicle to the dealership, where the problem was properly diagnosed and repaired. Even better, he covered the cost of the repair. My SUV is back to normal and driving great. Thank you to Ryan and the entire Webster Jiffy Lube team for taking ownership of the situation and going above and beyond to make things right. Great customer service and accountability go a long way, and I truly appreciate how this was handled.

Stopped by for a state inspection for my Jeep. They genuinely felt bad for sending me home to put my doors back on but I completely understand the reason. Professional, very friendly, and got me back on the road!

The Team at the Webster Jiffy Lube is fantastic. I had an issue with my vehicle and stopped in without an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and the issue was fixed so I was safely back on the road again. Every Team Memeber I interacted with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when it came to my issue. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for service beyond just oil changes.

I went too Jiffy Lube for and inspection and they were very quick little wait time.And the guys were all so professional. And I got a coupon because I had replaced one of my filters that was so dirty. I will be returning for a oil change. I give them a 10 / out of 10
