Tire patch, unscheduled

The Webster location is always friendly and accommodating. The staff are very knowledgeable and does high quality work. My tire was leaking and they were able to fit me in right away, figure out where the leak is coming from and patch it in a timely manner. They were kind enough not to charge me! I highly recommend this location, they are my go-to auto shop!

I have to say a big thank you to all of the guys at Jackson rd Jiffy lube in Webster you guys went above and beyond for me today to get the oil change done for me in my rental car, I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend you guys! I can’t rate the time it took or the price I paid because it was paid for by rental place who was supposed to have a voucher placed for the oil change but it wasn’t there so they had to call around to try and get it approved finally their district manager happen to come in and made a call and got it done. So the lengthy time it took was out of their control.

NYS inspection and oil changed needed. The team kept me updated on the status of my car and never tried to upsell me. The recommended items were discussed and rationale provided in terms that I could understand (I am not a car person). I would tell everyone I know to use this Jiffy Lube location

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! The service was professional, courteous, and incredibly quick. We were in and out in no time. I had my son with me, and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable, with coffee and water available if you wanted them. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This location was absolutely incredible! Not only did they immediately take my vehicle in to do the inspection, the one employee Paul he was such a huge help to me. At not cost Paul helped me mount my new gps monitor to the windshield, he looked up and sent me the link to the exact part I needed to replace my cracked dashboard, and he found the part for only 50$ on eBay, and showed me how I can replace it myself even! This is the kind of exceptional customer service and going that extra mile that makes all the difference between locations of the same company! Thank you again Paul!
