Always top notch service. I’ve always gone to this location and the guys all do a great job.

I’ve been taking multiple vehicles to my local Jiffy Lube (Taft Rd, N Syracuse) for many years, both person and company cars. I’m never disappointed, the guys there have never steered me wrong! Great service, speedy and knowledgeable.

I'd had my wiper replaced somewhere else and they somehow mangled the mechanism badly and it wasn't working. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he replaced it for free. Amazing.

Carlos and his team were excellent at the Jiffy Lube on Taft rd N Syr. Very pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend this place and Sundays is also a very good day to go because of a good coupon.

I went there to get an inspection done. It was the weekend, and I was told that state inspections start on either Monday or Tuesday at 9am. I arrived around 9:10 on Tuesday and was told I'd have a 2hour wait because it's first come first serve. There was a little confusion on which car was there for what reason, but eventually the vehicle ahead of me didn't want to wait anymore so I was seen after only a 45 minute wait. The service people were very nice and polite, and did their jobs wonderfully, however I think there might be a better way to remember and explain to customers what the game plan is. Regardless, I got my service by very polite and professional people.

Oil change Prompt and efficient

Had to wait a bit longer than usual due to something going on in the shop but did receive 10 bucks off the bill at the end, needed full synthetic which they had for 99 before tax. Nice people with good attitude, over all good experience.
