Great bunch of employees at this location. I brought my ‘65 mustang in for an inspection a while back and got to know the team. I have to say when I returned today to do an oil change for my Jeep I felt very welcomed and was recognized by the staff and was involved in a nice conversation about the Syracuse Nationals that are coming up soon. I definitely will be doing regular services at this location in the future.

It was a pleasure having my car serviced at the Jiffy Lube on Taft Road. I noticed a great crew working together, Customer Service from the manager was awesome in which he de-escalate a situation that occurred with a customer prior to her car being service by providing her with positive information relating to her tire .

I got an oil change and it was very fast. The employees were very kind and made sure I found a coupon online. I will definitely be going back!

The techs at your Taft rd shop are very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable they actually want you to know what is wrong with your vehicle and not try to scam you with what other places wants you to change they only wanna fix what’s actually broken and they will let you know if something’s getting worn out to say hey in the future you’re gonna need new tires Because they’re getting low, they’re not the type of company to say hey you need tires today. They’d rather fix your true problems than try to get into your pocket.

The young man who greeted me remembered I’ve been there before(it had been a full year). I trust these guys and they work efficiently and timely. It was like $100 bucks for oil change and state inspection. I find that reasonable. All the bays were busy but I only waited maybe 30-40min from walking in to driving away.

Real pros! Brought my own oil & filter, GM spec, for my C7 Stingray Z51. The rest was up to them, Carlos, Seth, & JP. Working together they had me in and done in 20 minutes for a very reasonable $60. Thanks JL!!

My first time using Jiffy Lube I went to get an inspection I got in right away was out the door and a half hour everybody was very nice and professional I recommend them and we'll use them again

The Best

Quite literally the best customer service I’ve ever received while getting an oil change. Wild how rare it is to be kind to strangers, but the staff here were amazing!

I needed air in my tires a few weeks ago . I drove in they checked all tires and found the low tire and fixed it fast . The following week more air was needed, this time a small leak and quick patch. Today I went back a 3rd time and different tire had a nail so again nail removed, fast fix. All three times the process was fast and all of the technicians I encountered were extremely nice and didn't charge anything! Overall pleasant experience!

Quick and easy and painless.

I was a loyal customer to another oil change place that dropped the ball one too many times I decided to try a new place. Employees were professional yet still talked to me like we’ve known each other. Service was nice quick. I had limited time before I had to be at pick up and was worried but I had a ton of time to spare. No pressure to buy anything extra, no scare tactics. I’m pretty sure I’ll be going here from now on.
