I just want to take a moment to give a HUGE thank you to the entire team at Jiffy Lube. ?? I had one of the worst days and accidentally put coolant into my oil, and I was honestly so stressed and worried. I called Jiffy Lube only 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they still took the time to help me. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged at all. Instead, they were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The way they treated me when I was already having such a horrible day meant more to me than they probably realize. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their kindness truly turned my whole week around. I’m so grateful for every employee who helped me. Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help even when you were about to close. You guys really made a difference for me, and I appreciate you more than you know. ?? This is my second time going to Jiffy Lube for a basic oil change, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. The staff is always professional, kind and have great time management. Mekhi was very informative and professional!
