Your service desk associate was so accommodating and polite and knew her job responsibilities. She definitely is an asset to your shop. The service not listed was I had a NYS inspection.

Really great people working here! Got an oil change and inspection on a new (old) car to me and they checked it out and took their time to make sure everything was safe!

Had to get oil change - and inpection. The folks and service department were professional, friendly and attentive. It was busy so I knew I was looking at an hour. Apple B's is right next door so I went over and grabbed a bite to eat. This crew at Jiffy handled everything with ease. Even a customer who I witnessed was flustered they handled it very effortlessly and resolved conflict quickly. Thank you!

I needed my car inspected when they were fast and friendly!

Unfortunately being a 9-5 worker is hard to get services when businesses are open for similar hours. Luckily, the folks at Jiffy Lube are understanding and are kind enough to go out of their way to help you when needing an urgent state inspection that expires next day. Kapel is an excellent team lead who was able to help assure me that if I made it within the time frame the next day, I would be able to be seen. He answered my questions about state inspections with ease and appeared to be a hardworking individual who is knowledgeable about his craft. Nikki is a delight and was welcoming when I arrived the next day. She was able to help me with getting my car inspected and was kind throughout the process. Jiffy Lube is fortunate to have great, kind and hardworking people who genuinely care for the work they do and customers alike. Thank you again for everything!

It was the first time I had an oil change any place except where I’ve bought my car. It was quick, and they did not pressure me into something I didn’t need!

I went in this morning and dropped off my vehicle for an oil change today and the staff went above and beyond! I work right behind their location at Wilton Medical and Charles delivered my vehicle to our parking lot when they were done! I have to say that was so thoughtful and kind. I also want to thank LBT: kapel S & UBT: Jaren W. On my receipt Their names were highlighted so I’m assuming they are the employees who did my oil change. Nicole A checked me out quickly knowing ran over from work and had get back. She was very friendly and kind. Great staff Jiffy Lube. Angel~

Very efficient and professionally done. Im putting on this review that the service was "overpriced" I want to be clear that I feel it was overpriced because of the ridiculous price of oil, not because of Jiffy Lube or Hoffman.

Stopped in today for a state inspection. They got me in and out quickly.. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.

In and out quickly. The computer system crashed briefly but all was good. Been coming here for years

Important - they open doors from right to left so even if you were there at 7 o’clock in the morning waiting for an hour, they will still take the cars to the right door first. Overall staff was nice and they’re moving quickly. Service for oil change, tire rotating and a bunch of other stuff I didn’t know I needed took ~1 hour.

I arrived at 8 o’clock when they open, but many cars ahead of me already, so I was not done until 10 o’clock. Not the 15 to 30 minute “jiffy“ that I was expecting.
