Excellent customer service the person who greeted us and cashed us out i believe her name was jasmin Was very knowledgeable and friendly. The person who called me in to discuss prices was also great he was an older gentleman. I was in and out in under an hour with a oil change, inspection and fresh filter. Will definitely be back!

I walked in and they completed my NYS inspection in 10 minutes! Many service centers make it difficult to do these because they donMt make any money on them.

I always go to this particular shop because of the knowledge, friendliness, and expertise of the staff, especially Preston Deloria. very knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful and professional, always goes out of his way to make the customers feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. I live in Glens Falls, but I would rather go to this location because of the attention every tech gives all of their customers. Great job, guys

Jiffy Lube was a very pleasant experience. I received New York State inspection with very little notice on a Sunday in 15 minutes. Excellent service.

Really great people working here! Got an oil change and inspection on a new (old) car to me and they checked it out and took their time to make sure everything was safe!

Had to get oil change - and inpection. The folks and service department were professional, friendly and attentive. It was busy so I knew I was looking at an hour. Apple B's is right next door so I went over and grabbed a bite to eat. This crew at Jiffy handled everything with ease. Even a customer who I witnessed was flustered they handled it very effortlessly and resolved conflict quickly. Thank you!
